Fans must be used to many people commenting that SUGA has a cold appearance and a personality that is not easy to get along with. This is understandable when SUGA usually doesn't tend to show a lot of emotions on the outside but in reality he has a very warm heart inside.

You have to interact and observe how SUGA treats the BTS members as well as others to know how good his personality really is. And a typical story that shows SUGA's true personality is the story told by an ιи∂ιαn delivery man who has come into contact with him.

Through the story of the delivery man who happened to meet SUGA, many people changed their minds about him:

Over the years, BTS in general and SUGA in particular have always made an impression on those who have worked or come into contact with them because of their friendly and caring personality. But it's not easy to hear about or become widely known unless it's spread by celebrities.

So, one of the rare stories told by a non-celebrity is the one between a delivery man and SUGA that has fans deeply interested. This story was told by the delivery man himself through Club FM, a radio station based in the state of Kerala, ιи∂ια.

Specifically, in the interview, the delivery man shared that he is a native of Kerala and is working in ḳöŕệä as a part-time food delivery worker. Thanks to this job of his, in a rare occasion he had the opportunity to meet the members of BTS and especially had an impressive experience when interacting with SUGA.

He revealed that he met members RM, Jin, Jungkook, and SUGA, and even though he's not an ARMY, he was impressed with their polite and kind manners. He began: "If you ask me whether I am a BTS fan or an ARMY? I am not. So I’ve met 4 of them and that too as a part of my job. The people I’ve met are Jungkook, RM, Jin, and Suga.

If you ask me about the experience…All four of them are superb. They never made us feel like they have any kind of attitude about having millions of fans."

He then recounted a specific incident between himself and SUGA that was the highlight of this u̾n̾e̾x̾p̾e̾c̾t̾e̾d ̾ meeting. He shared that SUGA contacted him through a message on a food ordering app. Normally, other customers did this to ask about delivery times or to urge the delivery person, but SUGA sent a completely different message.

He shared that SUGA told him not to rush to deliver food and to walk slowly in the rain to be safe. And that message completely touched the delivery man.

He recounted: "I would especially like to mention one instance. Once, Suga… It was a rainy day. Actually, there is no option for the customers to contact us, but there is a feature called “Rider Request”. And in that request section, he wrote,

“It’s a rainy day… It doesn’t matter however late you are, drive carefully.” Isn’t that a super quality to have?"

Although it is only a small action, it makes the driver feel empathetic and it is even more meaningful when he is a global superstar showing care for a delivery person. That only proves SUGA's kind and polite personality to those around him.

ARMYs must also know that SUGA's message is more or less related to his pre-debut period. In the days leading up to his debut, SUGA himself worked part-time as a food delivery worker and was once in a car αccídєnt while delivering goods that severely injured his shoulder.

Even his initial injuries had cured, he still suffered severe consequences from that αccídєnt and ended up having shoulder surgery to relieve the pain a few years ago. Therefore, SUGA does not want the driver to repeat his αccídєnt in bad weather. His messages are really meaningful and lovely!

After hearing the shared story, ARMYs were deeply moved by SUGA's concern for the delivery man and praised him for the message:
