Specifically, it was right after playing “Talking To The Moon” by Bruno Mars that SUGA introduced his second favorite song, “Antifragile” by Le Sserafim. But before playing the track, he shared an interesting TMI about girl group music from his perspective.

SUGA said that he likes to listen to songs like “Antifragile” while practicing. He then goes into detail explaining how true athletes are always listeners to girl groups.

He even provided examples from his personal life, saying that there are people he knows who bench press 120-130 kgs to the tunes of Le Sserafim or NewJeans...This made ARMYs extremely excited because it sounded so new that no member had ever revealed this before.

SUGA actually said that: "Do you know? True sportsmen listen to girl group music. Really, it's true. People around me who work out a lot, who do 120~130 kg bench press, I asked what are you listening to, They said Le Sserafim and New Jeans. For real!(x3) said they listen to Le Sserafim's Antifragile".

ARMYs immediately circled who are the "people" that SUGA was referring to. BTS has two very obvious gym rats, one is RM and the other is Jungkook. Interestingly, both members showed their appreciation for the groups that SUGA mentioned many times before.

Meanwhile, Jungkook has shown his love for songs by Le Sserafim and New Jeans many times during his live broadcast. He couldn't stop singing along to both groups' songs as he swayed to the funky tunes.
