As expected by many fans, Jungkook is the next guest on SUGA's show, Suchwita. As a way to promote his new single, Seven, Jungkook, and SUGA took time to discuss his new project.
But besides that, it's also a warm conversation between two brothers who have been together for more than a decade. They also shared on a variety of topics, including their d̾i̾e ̾t, World Cup performances, future goals, and more.
Most especially, in one part of the conversation, Jungkook proudly αsserted that he himself is the synthesis of the personality of the group members. Here's what Jungkook and SUGA have to say about this:
Jungkook had a solo debut with Seven in the middle of this month and of course, promoting on SUGA's talk show Suchwita. After many times as a loyal aud̾i̾e ̾nce of the show, Jungkook finally appeared at Suchwita as a guest and was treated to a delicious barbecue meal by SUGA.
However, Jungkook also told SUGA that he is on a d̾i̾e ̾t to stay in good shape during the production and promotion of Suchwita. Regarding the d̾i̾e ̾t, he revealed that he is on intermittent fasting.
Jungkook revealed that this regimen makes him keep his weight more scientifically: "Yes, apparently it’s good for your health. I was looking up information on d̾i̾e ̾ts and learned everything there is to know about intermittent fasting. I thought it’d be good for me. I do the 20:4 мєтнod. But I’m not obsessive. I don’t do it obsessively."
He added, “I’m doing a jacket shoot in the U.S. and making a comeback, and if I do what I do best on stage, I think I’ll be able to do soмєтнing cool.”
While working on his single "Seven", he admitted that if the song wasn't as good, he might still have to take a break. He said: "I enjoyed taking a break. I decided to return to work because I got so used to resting. I also had to protect my pride as a K-idol, so I worked hard in detail…not sure if I succeeded, though (laughs)."
Meanwhile, SUGA unєхpєctєdly led a question about Jungkook's answer during an interview while promoting the song. He suggested: "In an interview, you said you had a personality made up of all members’ personalities.”
Immediately, Jungkook admitted: "It’s true. In the way I talk, you can hear all the members. It’s not like I took soмєтнing, it’s more like I was a sponge that absorbed everything (he became like the members without even realizing it.)"
Then, SUGA added, “In my opinion, you were influenced by different members in each era". And Jungkook explained that: "I didn’t really think about myself. But sometimes, when I’m talking to other people, the key points you guys talked about pop into my head. I get that feeling". He continued: "You flash through my mind during my conversations. Sometimes I give advice to my friends. Usually, I’m the one getting advice from you guys, right? When we’re talking, Young! You zoom through my head like that. You guys are all a part of me."
Apparently, working together for a decade and years before practicing together has caused the members of BTS to influence each other. Not only that, because the members of BTS were with Jungkook at a time when he was a teenager and gradually formed his personality, he "absorbed" the good personalities of his older brothers.
It is not difficult to see that the members of BTS have created a good environment to nurture and develop Jungkook into the great guy he is today. That's why BTS is always 7 and even when Jungkook does solo activities, it's similar to BTS coming back.

In addition, regarding future activities, Jungkook revealed, "After this single, I plan to release another single and a mini album in November. The next song should be as good as the first, but I haven’t found one that beats it yet.”
