Since learning that Jin will enlist in the army in December 2022, ARMYs have assumed that they are "military spouses" and will start a life without Jin by their side. This gives them some consolation but also creates many interesting and funny stories so that they can be entertained when they can't see Jin these days.

One of them is about the future story when Jin has completed his military service and returned "according to the rich imagination" of ARMYs. ARMYs also enjoyed digging through Jin's first diaries when he first debuted and they discovered a story that Jin once shared about what he would do with his future wife.

This makes ARMYs even more excited when thinking about life with Jin:

For over a decade, ARMYs have considered Jin as the ideal boyfriend they want to be. He is a talented, handsome and a very good cook. Not only that, his kind and delicate personality also makes any girl flutter.

That's why many people are curious as to what kind of a perfect girlfriend Jin would have or if he had a wife/lover, Jin would want to do anything with them the most. Jin has shared about this a few times, especially, during the early days of his debut and when remembering what Jin said, ARMYs were all excited.

Jin once talked about how for him when he's with his family or loved ones, he's not a superstar but a completely understandable ordinary person. He doesn't have an ideal girlfriend up to this point but Jin hopes that girl will be someone who can cook and do housework.

The explanation for this is that one of Jin's biggest hobbies is cooking. He even shared that despite his grueling schedule, Jin still finds time to cook for himself at home. It's a hobby he hopes to share with his future wife.

Specifically, he said, “I have a thought that I’m always thinking about while making food,” Jin told ARMY. “With my future wife. If we cooked and ate together…”. Not only that, but he also said, “…I always cook while thinking about how great that would be.”

In particular, Jin is looking forward to and feels happy when thinking about cooking with his partner: “Sometimes I get too pleased while thinking those thoughts,” Jin went on. “And there are times when I burn the food but, even so, I feel happy when imagining things like that. While waiting for a day to come like that someday…” 

This made all the ARMYs fall because it seemed that the scene would be very romantic and Jin was a very sweet man. Any girl wants to enjoy delicious food from her lover and so, that's why Jin can win all the girls' hearts.

It may take many more years and Jin's life will also change a lot but firmly believe that his wish for his future wife is still in his mind. Just imagine how wonderful it is!
