Jimin Opens Up About A Gift From A BTS Member That Terrified Him — Given When They Started Living Separately

On November 1, following Jin and V’s spontaneous performance at Jin’s encore concert, Jimin returned home and started a Weverse Live broadcast to chat with fans. The live became even livelier when V briefly joined in, though he didn’t stay long, leaving some time for his close friend to talk privately with ARMYs.

As always, Jimin sweetly answered fans’ questions — even dropping a tiny spoiler about the group’s upcoming album. He shared, “Everyone, our recording is completed now. It can now come next spring. I really want to promote our song soon.”

He then added, “I really want to let you hear our recording. I’m so curious about your reaction. But we haven’t mixed it yet. It’s just at the point where we finished recording,” and noted with a laugh, “I really don’t know how to do spoilers. I’ll find out how to do it.”

While chatting about the progress of the new album, fans couldn’t help but notice soмєтнing interesting behind Jimin — two figurines seemingly kissing. When a comment mentioned the “dolls,” Jimin quickly responded.

What made the decorations even more amusing was the story behind them: Jimin once used to be scared of the figurines but eventually decided to display them that way in his home. He said, “Ohh, that’s not a doll! I received it as a gift from Hoseokie hyung when we started living separately,” then added, “I used to be afraid of it back then, so I kept it outside and said hi~ every time I left the house. But one time, it ѕтαятℓє∂ me when I got home after work, so I brought it inside.”

When a fan asked, “Why are the dolls kissing?”, Jimin honestly replied, “Cause that way they look less scarier laughs.”

Once the story was revealed, fans couldn’t stop laughing — it was just too adorable. Some also realized that in a previous live broadcast, they had spotted a Bearbrick Jack Skellington figure in a Christmas outfit and αѕѕumed Jimin had bought it himself, since Jack Skellington is his favorite animated character.

But it turned out that he actually had a pair of them, and j-hope was the one who gifted them. Considering j-hope is also known to be a collector of animated figures and Bearbricks, fans could easily understand why he chose such a gift for Jimin.

The funniest part is that j-hope probably didn’t expect Jimin to be scared by their appearance — and fans could totally imagine him laughing when he learned Jimin made them “kiss” to make them look less scary.

Fans flooded the viral clips with amused comments, saying things like:

- From hoseok? Well that was υиєχρє¢тє∂, I thought it was from tae

- From Hoseok? Given Hoseok’s scared of his own shadow most of the time, I wonder if he re-gifted them to Jimin to get them out of his own house.
