Jimin Exposes His Mom's Bad Habit On Livestream, And Somehow Makes ARMY Embarrassed Too

BTS held two concerts in Busan as part of their "ARIRANG" world tour on the 12th and 13th at the Busan Asiad Main Stadium. These performances marked the group's first concert in Busan in 3 years and 8 months, following the prayer concert for Busan's bid to host the 2030 World Expo in October 2022. The concerts were also intentionally scheduled around BTS's 13th debut anniversary, making the occasion even more meaningful for both the group and their fans.

In particular, Jimin and Jungkook—both born and raised in Busan—expressed their excitement about performing in their hometown. Jimin shared, "Holding a concert in my hometown for the first time in a while makes me so fluttered and means a lot," and Jungkook stated, "The stage in my hometown, Busan, feels much more special. I want to create a fun time with our fans."

After the first day's concert, despite it already being 11 p.m. and likely feeling completely exhausted following a 120-minute live performance, the two "Busan Boys" still went live to chat with fans. They discussed all kinds of fun topics, including asking about ARMY's favorite ARIH flavor. Jungkook answered, "Mine's Mango, Orange," while Jimin enthusiastically agreed, "Mango tastes good!" Jimin also humorously compared BTS's career to a child's growth, saying, "13 years are done, we're elementary schoolers now! We've completed 6th grade, and soon we'll be middle schoolers!"

Amid the cheerful atmosphere, however, Jimin suddenly switched into "grandpa mode" and decided to call out fans over their phone habits. Looking at the viewer count on the livestream, the idol exclaimed in surprise, "You guys use your phones a lot, aren't you? How many of you are here? HUH?!?! 3.7 MILLION!" He then adorably scolded the fans, saying, "Seriously, you people live on your phones all day… you guys must be scolded!"

But the funniest part didn't stop there. Not only did Jimin call out his fans, he also boldly exposed his own mother's similar bad habit. He revealed that he often reminds his mother because she, too, spends too much time on her phone. "I even tell my mom all the time, you won't be able to look up normally!" he specifically said.

Jimin's fearless "calling out" of his own parent immediately left millions of ARMY, who were watching the livestream while holding their phones, laughing in embarrαѕѕment as if they themselves were being scolded. At the same time, fans adored this rare glimpse into Jimin's sweet relationship with his mother. Some even jokingly commented that "like mother, like daughter," explaining that since they consider themselves Jimin's mother's daughters-in-law, they naturally share the same habit as their "mother-in-law."

However, sshile Jimin playfully scolded both his mother and ARMY for spending too much time on their phones each day, fans were quick to fire back with a hilarious counterargument. They pointed to a moment from the travel reality show **Are You Sure? Season 2**, when Jimin overheard the staff telling him that his phone would be taken away for a day:
