On June 23, celebrity YouTube channel Sojang announced that BTS's leader RM will be getting married soon. According to the YouTuber, it has been reported that RM's alleged bride has told a close acquaintance that she is going to marry RM.

This rumor gathered by Sojang and shared on a famous Korean-American online community site also revealed about Seo Taiji's marriage. No one believed that Seo Taiji was married when the news was shared on this online community, but it was later proven to be true.

To add even more credibility, Sojang also posted a photo of a conversation on Kakaotalk, where the girl was telling an acquaintance that she was getting married to RM. According to Sojang, RM's rumored bride is an ARMY and she met RM at a fan meeting she attended in 2014.

In addition, the bride is said to be the daughter of a wealthy family and has graduated from a prestigious Ivy League university. 

However, immediately after just a few hours of this news spreading dizzy, Big Hit Music recently shared statement to XportNews stating that the recent rumours of BTS RM getting married are untrue and "groundless".
