On this day, the fandom is joyfully immersed in the countdown to March 20, when BTS are set to officially release their long-awaited comeback album after a three-year hiatus due to military service. However, the celebratory atmosphere was short-lived, as it was soon disrupted by ѕнσ¢кing news that Jungkook’s private residence had once again been targeted by a sasaeng fan.
On January 4, кσяєαn media outlets simultaneously broke the news that ρσℓι¢є had arrested a suspect for violating the privacy of the BTS superstar at his home. According to the Yongsan Police Station in Seoul, at approximately 2:50 p.m. that day, authorities booked a woman in her 30s, a вяαzιℓian national identified as “A,” on charges of violating the Stalking Punishment Act.

Police stated that the woman had repeatedly visited Jungkook’s residence in Yongsan District despite warnings from local security personnel and nearby residents. More disturbingly, beyond stalking, A reportedly caused a disturbance in front of Jungkook’s home by throwing mail, hanging photographs on the railing, and writing messages on them.
Previously, on the 13th of last month, A had already visited Jungkook’s home and was caught in the act on charges of trespαѕѕing. Local security personnel instructed her to leave the area surrounding the idol’s residence. However, on the 28th of the same month, she returned once again and continued to violate the Stalking Punishment Act. Ultimately, she was arrested on January 4, and Jungkook’s side is reported to have requested a restraining order against her.
Police stated that they will continue to investigate the details of the incident and that further updates will be provided through the media!

Meanwhile, this is not the first time Jungkook has fallen victim to stalking. Since his military discharge in June last year, he has reportedly been harαѕѕed by obsessive fans on at least three occasions. On the very day of his discharge, a woman in her 30s of Chinese nationality visited his home and repeatedly attempted to enter the door pαѕѕcode. She was later apprehended and received a non-prosecution disposition in October of the same year.
In August last year, a кσяєαn woman in her 40s unlawfully entered the parking area of Jungkook’s residence and was referred to the prosecution in October. Then, in November, a נαραиese woman in her 50s was arrested after repeatedly attempting to unlock the front door, and she was formally booked last month.
Although all individuals involved have faced legal consequences, and both local ρσℓι¢є and Jungkook’s agency have strengthened security measures, these efforts still appear insufficient to deter those with malicious intent. The ongoing violations of Jungkook’s privacy at his home remain a serious concern, leaving fans deeply worried. On social media, fans expressed:
- FOR THE THIRD TIME?!?! seriously can they just kick that woman out of the country and not allow her back? or better yet lock her up in jail forever
- Why wasn’t she deported on the first or second try? When will they let him rest
- The 3rd time someone is doing it and the ρσℓι¢є aren't doing anything, leave him alone u psycho
- they better lock her up forever coz she just keeps coming back to his home
- I cannot believe this happened again leave him alone psychopaths
- PROTECT JUNGKOOK FOR ONCE. How is anyone supposed to live when lunatics are stalking outside their home every single day?
- Wtf !! Those girls has serious problème. may God free my jungkookie from weirdos
- He should be allowed to have automatic guns outside his house that can shoot at sasaengs
- Even though he experienced a violation of privacy on the 13th by one of his “fans”, he still went live on the 15th and spent time with us. We don’t deserve Jungkook
- girl I'm tired, wtf would you even achieve on stalking him?
- jungkook has been stalked and harαѕѕed so many times it's genuinely sickening. and the company is still doing NOTHING. he can't even feel safe in his own house.
- I really think jungkook should get security at this point. It's unfair and he shouldn't have to but it's clear that these stalkers are so delusional that they don't care about anything else except gaining access to him.
