U.S. Senators Are Fighting Over Invitations To See BTS At The White House

BTS's charm is amazing as not only ARMY wants to meet them but even US politicians want to see BTS with their own eyes. This caused a small battle among Senators.

You already know how difficult it is to try to get tickets to BTS concerts, right? Or have you ever experienced the thrill of a heart attack in the trenches of Ticketmaster?

By all means, each of us ARMYs try to seize the opportunity to attend a concert or fansign or any event to meet BTS. And as ARMY, we are all ready to fight for the chance to see BTS with our own eyes.

But not only ordinary people like us are willing to do it, even politicians do not hesitate to do it openly. That is what is happening recently among US politicians.

First of all, the story begins with the fact that on May 31, BTS will appear at the White House. They will join US President Joe Biden to discuss racism, hate crimes against Asians, and more.

Naturally, ARMYs are eager to see what happens at the White House. But they are not the only ones eager to see this.

Recently, on Twitter account, Natalie Andrews, congressional correspondent for The Wallstreet Journal, tweeted this on behalf of US Senator Mazie Hirono: "I'm the only U.S. Senator who knows who BTS is" says Sen @maziehirono, looking for her invite to the White House to see the group!".

ARMYs were overjoyed when Senator Hirono announced she was the only US senator who knew BTS. However, the debate became even more heated with the participation of Senator Chris Coons.

He was quick to hit back by tweeting in response to Andrews with a photo of BTS displayed on his desk. Oh the photo of BTS on a senator's desk! Incredible!

Of course, Senator Hirono doesn't want to lose the battle to prove his love for BTS. She replied that: "If you're a true fan, who's your bias? And don't ask your staff."

Senator Coons has yet to respond, but ARMYs have enjoyed the exchange so far. They're excited because the senators are proving their love for BTS like normal fans!
