As fans already know, right after completing their military service at the end of June, the BTS members immediately planned their trip to the U.S. to produce an album scheduled for release next spring. In early July, they actually departed for Los Angeles and stayed there for two months for the working process.

Continuing to treat ARMYs, on the 27th of this month, V released nearly his entire photo collection from the group’s stay in the U.S. a few months back, revealing many intriguing details.
V uploaded several photos and videos with the caption “It has been going on for three months”. Most of the photos captured his natural, everyday moments with expressive looks. In one shot, V was seen sitting at an outdoor shaded table, a laptop placed on his lap, drawing attention. Even in a simple t-shirt, his striking visuals and toned physique were impossible to hide, keeping viewers hooked.
In another photo, V struck a V-sign pose with the ocean in the background. Wearing a black tank top under the sunlight, he exuded the charm of a youth movie lead character.
But the photo that caught the most attention showed him sitting on one of four pool loungers by a swimming pool. Nearby stood a large outdoor dining table. From that high-angle shot, with Los Angeles visible in the distance, it was easy to imagine the setting as a luxurious hilltop pension estate—spacious and opulent.
It didn’t take long before ARMYs spotted another video showing a close-up of V’s bedroom at the BTS residence in LA, confirming the group’s lodging.
Based on the bed’s style and color, the portrait of a woman above it, and the overall decor, fans discovered that it was a bedroom inside the Elegant Estate Retreat Oasis, located in Beverly Hills—a district famed for its extravagant, high-end mansions.
This mansion, designed in the style of the South of fяαи¢є and spanning nearly one acre, reportedly has a rental value of $10,825,000—a figure that left fans stunned.
The sheer scale and amenities of the estate also amazed ARMYs. The property includes a main residence with 5 bedrooms, an office, family room, library, and fireplace. It also features a poolside theater/media building with a screening room and office, as well as a 2-bedroom guest house with a gym, full kitchen, and ocean views.
Looking at the panoramic and detailed photos of the mansion, fans remarked that it resembled a castle and could easily double as a filming set for BTS’s next music video. They also understood why the estate commands such a steep price—it provides world-clαѕѕ stars with the ultimate environment to work and create comfortably over an extended period.
In addition to this luxury mansion, some fans also discovered that BTS rented another modern villa near Santa Monica Beach in recent weeks, enjoying life by the West Coast shoreline.
