BTS has now become one of the breakthrough phenomena that make the whole world curious. There are even BTS courses included in the curriculum. Most recently the University of California, Berkeley offered a course on BTS!

This student-led academic course was launched by a pair of ARMYs who wanted to “create a space to analyze the BTS phenomenon.” Students now have a good reason to attend the University of California.

The course, titled "Next Generation Leaders: BTS," is part of UC Berkeley's Democracy Education at Cal (DeCal) program, a student-run democracy education program. According to the DeCal website, the course will explore BTS' history, art, global impact, and more.

This is a project implemented in 2019 that attracts many students to experience. A mandatory information session was held on campus on February 5, 2019, for all students interested in attending and the last day to register for the course was February 6.

Although the application deadline has passed, ARMYs around the world are still flooding Next Gen BTS (official Twitter account of course) with messages.

These BTS fans want to know if the course is offered online. While this is something that has been considered, the course is not currently offered online because “This is a brand new course and will likely go through a lot of changes”.

Although the BTS course will not be publicly available right now, the course related to BTS will be appear more and more in the future. The class is still active at the school to this day!
