Fans know that the members of BTS and TXT are very close, as both groups are under the same label, Big Hit Music. Before CORTIS debuted, TXT was the only junior group to BTS for about six years, and they have always shown enthusiastic support for the younger artists. In return, the TXT members have consistently expressed their gratitude and admiration, treating BTS as if they were their biggest fans.

Among the idols from the two groups, Jin and Beomgyu are known to share the closest friendship, especially after collaborating on an episode of Run Jin. Beomgyu once shared in a live broadcast in March this year: "Starting from Run Jin, after I finished filming that episode, Seokjin-hyung began taking care of me a lot. We often had dinner together, and at that time, I was going through a tough season, so Seokjin-hyung called to encourage me and even grilled meat for me. We interacted a lot; he’s an amazing person."

He also added: "Honestly, the harder it is to approach someone, the more I tend to approach them directly. I did it deliberately to break down that barrier. And Seokjin-hyung accepted all of it, took care of me a lot, and even today, just before starting this live, he sent me a birthday message. He’s a kind-hearted person. Fans have also noticed that Jin is almost always the top idol Beomgyu mentions during live broadcasts or even in chat messages with fans. They jokingly nicknamed Beomgyu Jin’s “adopted son,” because he seems unable to resist constantly talking about his “dad,” boasting about how great he is, and even visiting Worldwide Handsome’s house regularly.

A notable example came in a fan message on the 21st of this month, when Beomgyu surprised everyone by revealing that he had spent two days off living at Jin’s house, playing MapleStory together. The BTS superstar even helped his TXT junior defeat a huge boss, and of course, Beomgyu couldn’t resist bragging about his esteemed “dad.”

In the message, Beomgyu wrote: "I took 2 days off. And I went to Seokjin-hyung’s house to hang out?? But these days I’ve been playing MapleStory, and there was a boss that I seriously just could not beat at all. Seokjin-hyung really beat it right away with my character. I seriously clapped endlessly. And then after getting special lessons, I ended up beating it myself. Hehe"

Beomgyu’s revelation both surprised and amused fans. They also recalled that this was not the first time he mentioned visiting Jin’s home. Back in early October, even after returning from the world tour in the U.S., he rushed over to his “adoptive dad’s” house and was even “healed” by him.

At that time, the TXT member revealed to fans that:  “Ah, did I say this? When I came to кσяєα, on the first day I went to Seokjin hyung’s place. Even then, because I had indigestion, Seokjin hyung pricked my hand for me?ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ. Everyone is pricking my hand.”

Based on these disclosures, fans believe that Beomgyu is so familiar with Jin’s home that he probably considers it his own. Some joked about how generous Jin is for “adopting” Beomgyu on days with no schedules. Others compared it to Jungkook, noting that BTS's Golden Maknae has a worthy rival in gaming with Jin.

On the other hand, fans are a little envious of the perks of being BTS’s juniors, as it allows them to visit Jin’s house anytime. Exciting comments included:
