Every month, the Kpop male idol brand reputation rankings have some changes. Recently, the Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month’s brand reputation rankings for individual boy group members. Let's see who ranked at the first place of all:
The April boy group member brand reputation rankings were recently announced with names of idols from different groups. The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, media coverage, communication, and community awareness indexes of 703 boy group members, using big data of 77,855,466 big data of boy group personal brand reputation collected from March 16 to April 16. Check the chart below:
10. WINNER’s Song Mino
This month, Song Mino ranked at 10th place. He continues remaining hot throughout the first months of 2022.
09. Super Junior’s Kim Heechul
Kim Heechul is an multi-talented artist, from singers to actors, MC, model,... He is loved by many people for his humor and energy. This month, he topped at 9th place.
08. ASTRO’s Cha Eun Woo
ASTRO's Cha Eun Woo took up 8th place this month. Cha EunWoo has always captured fans' hearts with his dynamic activities in acting as well as his singing talent.
07. 2PM’s Lee Junho
Junho came over many young idols to hold the 7th place in the brand value rankings. The member of 2PM stands out for his hard working in this time and maintain his reputations well.
06. BTS’s Jungkook
This month, Jungkook hold the 6th place with more than 3 million points. Every time Jungkook appears at events or on social media, he drives fans crazy. There doesn't seem to be a moment when Jungkook's personal brand value is out of the top 10.
05. BTS’s Jin
Jin hold 5th place with 4,403,949 points total in this month ranking. In it, the participation index was 541,027, media index was 499,869, communication index was at 1,290,245 and finally, community index was 2,072,807. Compared with the brand reputation index of 1,989,461 in March, it increased by 121.36%. Congratulations him for high ranking in April!
04. BTS’s V
V continues to prove his charm with 4th place on the chart. BTS V brand reputation was analyzed with a brand reputation index of 4,891,210 as the participation index - 701,380, media index - 661,272, communication index- 1,582,892 and community index was 1,945,666. Compared to the brand reputation index of 2,972,175 in March, it increased by 64.57%.
03. Wanna One’s Kang Daniel
Wanna One’s Kang Daniel took third place for April with a brand reputation index of 5,468,359, marking a 25.92 percent increase in his score since March. The participation index was 1,450,127, the media index was 990,747, the communication index was 1,456,282, the community index was 1,571,204.
02. BIGBANG’s G-Dragon
In this month of comeback, BIGBANG’s G-Dragon rose to 2nd place in the rankings after witnesssing 335.02 percent rise in his brand reputation index since last month. His total score for April came out to 5,756,906. Up to the beginning of this 2022, G-Dragon has been absent from music activities, with few appearances on stages and media (less than when he was active). But when he returned, the Kpop race always focuses on him.
01. BTS’s Jimin
BTS’s Jimin continues dominating the top of the list for the third consecutive month with a brand reputation index of 6,877,359, marking a 33.72 percent increase in his score since March. High-ranking phrases in his keyword analysis included “Instagram,” “hashtag,” and “Our Blues,” while his highest-ranking related terms included “participate,” “challenge,” and “increase.” Jimin’s positivity-negativity analysis also revealed a score of 87.09 percent positive reactions. Jimin even has more than 30 weeks before ranking at the 1st place in this chart. It proves his huge individual brand reputation value.
