Since meeting in 2010, SUGA and RM have maintained a friendship of over 13 years, the longest relationship among BTS members. Because of the long time working and living together, both of them clearly understand the other person's nature.

However, SUGA felt betrayed by RM when he discovered this about him after they were no longer living in the same dorm. Even the closest friends have "cheated" on each other, but fans cannot excuse RM because the evidence is really clear.

ARMYs could only laugh at SUGA's reaction while admiring their cute friendship:

All fans know that BTS members lived together in the dorm for a very long time, about 7 years. Among them, RM and SUGA are the two members who have been together the longest among the members of BTS, from when they were Bł₲ Ⱨł₮'s first trainees until the years when BTS debuted. Obviously, this makes them understand each other's personalities and lifestyles better than ever.

Later, when their dorm contract expired around 2020, RM and SUGA as well as other members of the group began to move out and live in separate apartments. At the moment when SUGA visited RM's new apartment, he suddenly discovered that the BTS leader had been cheating on him for the past 10 years.

Even though they had been close and understood each other for more than ten years, SUGA was really surprised because he felt that RM had "betrayed" him in the past, when they still lived in the same dorm. Specifically, what made RM accused by SUGA of "betrayal" was the fact that he became the ti∂ιєst person in the group when he owned his own house. A clean and tidy house, in contrast to RM's clutter and habit of throwing things around when they lived together.

Specifically, when chatting with NU'EST's Minhyun in an episode of Suchwita, he mentioned that RM's big change made him feel cheated. He said that RM was the messiest person in the group when they lived together and he was the one who had to constantly remind RM to clean up after himself: "This is funny. When we all lived together, RM, Namjoon never cleaned up! So, I was always like, “Please clean up your room,” “Don’t put your clothes everywhere.”

But RM's messiness changed 180 degrees when he moved to his own apartment. After SUGA visited his home, he said he couldn't help but feel betrayed when he saw how clean RM's apartment was: "I sort of felt betrayed after seeing his new house. He wasn’t this neat when we were living together. Everything was so neat, even the blanket. He’d organize the drinks. I realized that it becomes like that when you have your own place."

In the latest episode of BTS Monuments: Beyond the Star, what SUGA said was also proven through the scene of RM cleaning his apartment. Looking at the way RM meticulously cleans every corner and object as well as the way he wipes the dust on the floor, we would never have guessed how messy and lazy in cleaning he used to be when they lived together. 

It's easy to understand SUGA's feelings because he is the victim of the chaos that RM left behind. He struggled a lot to get RM to clean up in their shared dorm, fix things that RM αccídєntally broke due to his "destructive" personality, or clean up the stuff. But now, when living in his own space, RM does those things very well by himself without needing anyone to remind, making SUGA feel like he's been lied to for the past 10 years.

But looking at it another way, it can be seen that when living in the same dorm, RM got used to being cared for and cared for by SUGA. Meanwhile, when living alone, RM had to learn how to clean his living space. However, sometimes he is still messy like his past habits when he piles up books or leaves them scattered on the floor.
