In contrast to 1 year ago, ARMYs have recently received a lot of news from BTS members who are currently serving in the military. It seems that because their service time is coming to an end, the members have more time and opportunities to interact with ARMYs on SNS.
But there is some news that makes fans feel worried these days, which is news related to their health. In a comment by RM under V's post on Weverse, ARMYs found out that the BTS leader is suffering from insomnia in the military.
Fans are currently expressing their worries and many words of love to their idols:
As fans know, the 4 members RM, V, Jimin, and Jungkook enlisted together in December 2023. Of which, RM and V are scheduled to be discharged on June 10, while Jimin and Jungkook will be discharged the following day. This means that there are only about 99 days left until the BTS members reunite, making ARMYs full of anticipation.
Not only that, on this day, RM and V both returned to social media with letters to fans, telling about their lives in the military. V's letter ѕнσ¢кed fans because he revealed that he had broken his ribs during training but had now recovered. ARMYs realized that he had hidden this so that fans would not worry and would only tell them when he had recovered.
Meanwhile, astute fans noticed that RM also had a hard time during his military service. Specifically, when V mentioned in his letter that: "Here, I don't have insomnia. I just pαѕѕ out when I lie down However I still can't get used to waking up in the morning", RM left an admiring comment that: "Do you pαѕѕ out when you lie down? I envy you".
Although he did not directly mention insomnia, RM's comment showed that he seemed to not get enough sleep or had difficulty falling asleep in the barracks. This comment quickly went viral among fans. They were worried about his health condition and wondered if their idol was having a serious problem.
The fandom said that they felt heartbroken when seeing the members, especially RM, going through a difficult time due to military service:

Meanwhile, similar to V, RM also sent a sweet letter to his fans before his discharge. He started: "Is it spring outside? Hwacheon just got 17cm of snowfall. After sharing some things about his recent life, RM mentioned in the end of letter: "Three months left now. In terms of percentages, that's 18%. Will I ∂ιє before then? I'll be sure to greet you in good health...I'll try hanging it upside down, and turning the hands, and tilting it 540 degrees, I'm trying it all. I'll do my best to come back to you with my love and my heart reset...I miss you. Early summer, grαѕѕhoppers. Can you guys please hurry up?!"
