If j-hope enlists in the army in the near future, this will be the second case among BTS members, after Jin, who enlisted in the army last December. On December 13, 2022, Jin enlisted at the Yeoncheon recruit training center in Gyeonggi Province - 60km north of Seoul. One more basis on which this is most likely to come true is that if nothing happens, recruits will be enlisted at the training unit in which they were born. Jin's hometown is in Gwacheon in Gyeonggi Province while j-hope is from Gwangju also in Gyeonggi Province. Meanwhile, Yeoncheon recruit training center is in Gyeonggi Province. This is also where Jin started his enlistment training.

This further strengthens the belief that the two will enlist in the same unit. However, the possibility that if they both enlist in the same unit, the fact that Jin is a teacher of j-hope is not high.
