BTS has always been known for their professionalism on stage and so even when they are sick or tired, they perform at their best on stage making it impossible for viewers to know that they are healthy. not good. Recently, Jin's case is one of them and ARMY feels so proud and loves him for what he's shown despite his fatigue.

Jin revealed about the urgent illness he's been facing recently and especially before performing at the Busan concert. Despite falling into a rather urgent situation, Jin handled his projects very well and made it a success.

Jin recently released behind-the-scenes footage of his photo shoot for his single album “The Astronaut.” In the video, Jin shared many things about the new song as well as different photography concepts of his amazing album.

For filming "The Astronaut", Jin had three different concepts. The first is a darker rock concept, the second is a boy-next-door concept that Jin says has a “nerdy charm”, and the last is “bright and mischievous.”

But aside from that, there's one scene behind the scenes taking pictures that made ARMYs' hearts stop for a few beats when Jin revealed the illness he overcame to perform at BTS' Yet To Come concert in Busan. While at the concert, Jin shared that: "My throat was really bad the last two weeks, so I basically lived in the ENT office. I prayed so hard, even 10 min before the concert, I couldn't talk. But when I stepped on the stage, I was fine".

Even so, not many people know that his condition is quite capable. Only when behind the scenes of taking pictures, Jin revealed about this disease, did ARMYs know how serious he has been and is suffering from this disease.

Jin smiled when he talked about his illness, but he still made ARMYs heartbroken. He started off with an apology and explained that he had suffered from epiglottitis a few days before the photo shoot, so it was difficult for him to talk.

Specifically, Jin said: "I want to apologize in advance. I contracted epiglottitis a few days ago. So my voice is a bit hoarse and I have a hard talking time".

Epiglottitis is considered a medical emergency. Epiglottitis refers to swelling of the epiglottis, which is located at the root of the tongue and helps prevent food and liquids from entering the windpipe.

When the epiglottis swells, it can lead to difficulty breathing and swallowing, which is why it’s considered a medical emergency that needs immediate attention. Despite the severity of epiglottitis and the fact that symptoms are reported to often get worse in the days following diagnosis, Jin remained upbeat and positive throughout the photoshoot.

He continued to make jokes to keep his mood light despite not feeling well. Even with his voice hoarse and difficult to speak, he continued to add his commentary to the behind-the-scenes video, sharing messages with fans.

Maybe he doesn't want to make ARMYs feel too worried or sad about this. Later, however, ARMYs reacted to the severity of his past illness, thanking Jin for his dedication and hard work.
