Jimin, V An Jungkook Delight Fans With Matching Items in Their Apartments

BTS lived together in a shared dorm for about 10 years, from their trainee days until their debut. It wasn’t until 2020, when all the members owned their own luxury apartments, that they finally moved out of the dorm.

V is known for owning a penthouse located on the 15th floor of the high-end Apelbaum complex in Gangnam, offering a panoramic view of the city and the Han River. The $4.5 million apartment is decorated in warm tones, featuring a clαѕѕic style with eye-catching ornaments.

Although the same age as V, Jimin owns a more minimalist-style apartment. He doesn’t have many decorations at home, only keeping essential furniture. Black, wнιтe, and gray tones dominate his luxurious residence in Nine One Hannam.

Meanwhile, BTS’s Golden Maknae, Jungkook, moved into his newly built villa in Itaewon at the end of last year, during his military leave. The $6 million house has two basement floors and three above-ground levels. Jungkook also adopted a minimalist approach with dark tones for his new living space.

Although the members have never done detailed home tours, through certain photos or live broadcasts, fans have been able to catch glimpses of their interior designs and some interesting decorations inside their homes.

V and Jungkook are among the most active members when it comes to live streaming and interacting with fans, especially from their own homes. So, even though they haven’t hosted a full house tour, ARMYs already have a fairly good idea of what their places look like. Not to mention, they occasionally share pictures taken inside their homes.

Meanwhile, Jimin once revealed parts of his apartment while filming Jimin’s Production Diary – FACE Documentary. More recently, he also went live from home and generously showed fans a corner of his “cleaned-up space,” giving them a peek at some fun decorative items.

Thanks to these glimpses, fans discovered that the Maknae Line shares several identical furniture pieces—and even similar interior styles. After comparing these coincidences, fans couldn’t help but comment that they truly are close friends who share similar tastes and aesthetics.

First, fans noticed that Jimin and Jungkook bought the same sofa from the high-end brand Cαѕѕina. Jimin purchased a long black sofa priced around $12,000, while Jungkook owns two similar long sofas and two single chairs costing around $5,000 (or more) each in his living room.

Next, the two 1995-liners nearly fooled fans because of their similar room layouts and color tones. When Jimin went live, many initially thought he was streaming from V’s home because of the similar color scheme and gym equipment in the background. It wasn’t until Jimin clarified that he was at his own place that fans realized the resemblance came from their shared interior taste.

Interestingly, both Jimin and V enjoy decorating their living rooms with figures of their favorite animated characters. Jimin was seen owning a red Christmas-edition Jack Skellington Bearbrick displayed in a corner of his home, while V once showed off a red Bearbrick Jean Cookie Monster Costume Version.

The 95z duo made fans exclaim, “Soulmated so hard even their homes ended up having the same aesthetic.”

Finally, Jungkook and V also share a rather “bold” connection, as both seem to have recommended to each other a particularly unique and expensive furniture piece—a chair shaped like the human buttocks from the long-established Italian luxury brand Casamania. The chair is described as having a sculpted form that exudes sensual charm—even in its nude̸̸-inspired shape—without being vulgar.

V’s chair belongs to the Him Lucida line, priced at around $1,019.45, placed next to his dining table. Jungkook, on the other hand, bought six Him Opaca versions, priced at about $960 each, featuring a matte finish instead of V’s glossy one. He placed them in his entertainment room to watch movies.

When Jungkook mentioned this idea, fans laughed, noting that while the chairs are very expensive, they don’t even have a spot for coke or popcorn—and the way he lined them up looked like seats in a subway station. But of course, you can’t teach a rich man how to spend his money! He must have his own reasoning.

Overall, since the Maknae Line lived together for nearly a decade, it’s natural for them to share similar tastes in furniture, decoration, and interior design. It’s also possible that one member recommended items they had bought earlier, and the others found them appealing enough to get for themselves. Especially since these items all come from high-end brands with excellent quality and hefty price tags—leaving fans dreaming in admiration!
