In Just 6 Months, Jin Helps 2 Companies Join Trillion-Won Club Despite The Economic Recession

Perhaps this year, Jin is the most noticed member in BTS with his enlistment event. Not only that, even when he enlisted, Jin still surprised the media and the economy when looking at his achievements.

Recently, Korean media reported that two brands that are cooperating with Jin witnessed unprecedented strong growth during the economic downturn. Not only that, Jin even made these two companies soon join the trillion KRW company after only a few months of cooperation.

A enlisted idol like Jin really shows that his influence has not diminished, a clear testament to those who have ridiculed signing a contract with an idol about to enlist like him:

Perhaps not to mention how much influence BTS has in the business. Any item used or even mentioned by BTS, it can sell out within minutes. And of course, anyone wants to get this bargain when signing contracts with BTS members.

However, during the past 10 years, BTS has very limited accepting contracts and advertisements. There are also no members other than Jin entering individual advertising contracts. This year, Jin has worked with two major companies in Korea - Nexon and Ottogi.

Both projects were actively initiated by the two companies and they stated that they had been waiting for years to be able to sign Jin. The partnership attracted a lot of attention and advertising on social media, increasing the revenue of both companies.

First of all, Jin is a fan of Nexon's MapleStory game and when he collaborated, he was personally involved in the production and improvement of the game. In it, Jin joins the Maple Story planning team as a daily intern, reflecting on his ideas for the game in the Chuseok update. Jin came up with many new ideas to improve MapleStory's performance and created several events. Ultimately, MapleStory's revenue grew 47% year-over-year.

This is also the company's highest growth rate ever. Nexon is predicted to join the Trillion Won Club, specifically 3 trillion KRW soon despite Korea's economic downturn.

Then, in November, just a month before his enlistment, Jin was announced to be a model for Ottogi's Jin Ramen brand. This has been Jin's dream since his debut and Ottogi also promises that with Jin's bright and loyal representation, the brand will enhance its value both at home and abroad.

And of course, Jin endorsed this vision of Ottogi just 1 month after releasing Jin-related ads. Jin Ramen has been available all over the world and people even complain about the noodles always being sold out on product shelves. In every supermarket or store in Korea, you can easily see the image of Jin and Jin Ramen.

K Economy published a special article about the secret of success in Ottogi. The article talks about Ottogi thriving despite the economic recession in South Korea due to working with Jin this year!

It's been only one month, but the revenue for 2022 has increased by 15% compared to last year and is going to surpass 148 billion won. A K-Economy article says Ottogi outperformed their previous sales record this year and it is projected that their revenue will soar even higher, especially in overseas markets due to Jin's commercial endorsement. Ottogi's overseas revenue is projected to increase from 211 Billion to over 300 Billion KWR this year.

As can be seen, Jin really surprised others with his influence on companies despite the sharp downturn of the economy. He even did this even while serving in the military and not having any artistic activities!
