HYBE Responds To Discuss Internally Jimin's Song In PROOF Related To Bobby Jung Later

Returning to the netizens' controversy about HYBE including Jimin's song related to Bobby Jung in the new album, HYBE recently responded to the press about this issue. However, HYBE's answer made netizens feel unsatisfied.

On May 10, BigHit released the CD2 tracklist for the album "PROOF" - a special anthology album of BTS's musical journey. The song "Filter" (on the album "Map of the Soul: 7") has attracted the attention of netizens, and most of them are worried about the participation of Bobby Jung in the song.

Jung Bobby is being tried for αѕѕaulting his girlfriend and illєgαlly filming. Besides "Filter", Jung Bobby also participated in composing songs such as "HOME", "Answer: Love Myself", "I'm Fine" for BTS, "Roller Coaster", and "20cm" for TXT...

Not only that, Jung Bobby was accused of ѕєχually αѕѕaulting and secretly filming female singer A in May 2020, causing A's extremely negative choice. In addition, he is also accused of illєgαlly filming another victim B from July 12, 2020, to September 24, 2020.

During the trial in January this year, Jung Bobby admitted to some acts such as slαpping the νι¢тιм's cheek and pulling the νι¢тιм's hand. However, Jung denied the accusations of unauthorized filming, saying that this was consented to by the girl.

However, he still received mixed reactions from the online community. Therefore, the appearance of Bobby Jung's name in BTS's new album and specifically in Jimin's solo song made many netizens worry that it will effect BTS's reputation negatively. Regarding this issue, after many days of becoming a hot topic of discussion on social networks, BigHit has given a response to Ten Asia. They replied, "We have no official statement regarding to the controversial composer. The company will discuss internally the songs on the album later."

After receiving an answer from the company, some ARMYs expressed frustration because of HYBE's slow handling of information, in this case, causing Jimin to be mentioned in false rumors. Not only that, many people wonder what HYBE means here? Is it possible that they will remove the song that is the work of dozen other composers just because of one bad person?
