So apparently these photos were originally taken by Park_Chim95Z, a fan who happened to see Jungkook hanging out that day instead of being a Dispatch reporter.

Fan's retweets around the time the photos went viral also proved that the original author of the photo was a fan. This means that Dispatch did not follow Jungkook at that time and probably never dug into his personal life.
