Fact Check: Did Dispatch Actually Spy On Jungkook?

The connection between the media and celebrities is always close, sometimes beneficial, sometimes harmful to both sides. But to talk about a real "GOD" media in the Kpoop entertainment industry, fans can only think of the most accurate news source, which is Dispatch.

This company has been behind the revelations of various K-Celebrity couples, exposing the truth behind countless scandals and lєgαl disputes by accessing the artists' private lives. Over the years, they have followed many artists but there seems to be no evidence that they are following BTS. Rarely among them is a photo of Jungkook that some people believe was distributed from Dispatch.

But behind the photo of Dispatch allegedly "unsuccessfully" tracking Jungkook, there is also a surprising truth. Let's explore it below:

Among all the ḳöŕệän media companies, the one that seems to delight netizens the most but scare idols the most is definitely Dispatch. Dispatch is the leading reputable electronic newspaper about the entertainment world as well as the lives of top Kpop artists. The interesting exclusive news provided by this newspaper is always guaranteed to be "̾s̾h̾o̾c̾k", fast and absolutely accurate. Dispatch operates differently from entertainment newspapers in ḳöŕệä when it only reports on the private lives of artists, especially dating or scandals.

It seems that no artist's private life can surpäṩṩ Dispatch, but over the years, this newspaper has never once revealed BTS's dating story, making many fans think that this newspaper is favoring them. The most famous people in K-Pop have been caught red-handed with their dating affairs such as Bi Rain - Kim Tae Hee, Iu - Lee Jong Suk, Jisoo - Ahn Bo Hyun... making some people wonder if the members of the world's biggest boy band, BTS, face similar scrutiny?

At this point, some ARMYs have recalled the story of Jungkook being followed by Dispatch to spy on his dating. The story comes from a photo allegedly taken by a Dispatch reporter showing Jungkook riding an electric motorbike to buy banana milk. Then people started spreading information that Dispatch reporters followed Jungkook but could not collect anything other than this image and they gave up after that.

These photos are very similar to photos taken by Dispatch of other idols they have followed in the past, often from afar and of low quality.

However, are these photos supposedly taken to spy on Jungkook really from Dispatch? Did Dispatch really follow Jungkook to dig up his private life?

When viewing the full photo, you can see the name Park_Chim95Z in the original photos. They are often placed as watermarks to credit the original photographer. So apparently these photos were originally taken by Park_Chim95Z, a fan who happened to see Jungkook hanging out that day instead of being a Dispatch reporter.

Fan's retweets around the time the photos went viral also proved that the original author of the photo was a fan. This means that Dispatch did not follow Jungkook at that time and probably never dug into his personal life.

Many fans also speculated about the reason why Dispatch has never really followed Jungkook or BTS and those reasons are well-founded. Specifically, most netizens think that BTS's schedule is really too busy and all the members are always in the same place, so it's hard to have time for love. Even when they have private time and rest, they always update ARMY with pictures and information such as hanging out with friends, composing music, visiting museums or spending time with family...

Some others believe that BTS is aware of their current position including world-cläṩṩ popularity and top status in Kpop, so right now they are mainly focusing on music. Jungkook and RM through personal broadcasts also made similar statements when they were suspected of having girlfriends.

Overall, the only photos of Jungkook or BTS published by Dispatch are from their official collaborations!
