BTS Members Share Their Point Of View About Haters

BTS is known for being humble and polite idols in most cases. However, that does not mean that BTS will not fιgнт back if someone 'attacks' them, typically haters.

BTS members have never been afraid to deal with haters directly or indirectly. Meanwhile, fans cannot help but get excited every time they see haters get bitter fruit when trying to harm or attack the members.

Here is a summary of BTS members' views on dealing with haters that you cannot miss:

Once becoming public figures, stars not only receive compliments but also have to learn how to deal with criticism. No star can please all fans no matter how talented, beautiful or perfect he/she is. BTS is a typical example because even though they are the world's top Kpop superstars, there are still many haters who confront them.

So the only thing BTS can do is focus on their career and the people who love them. Meanwhile, they are not afraid of a direct confrontation with antifans or haters, even making these toxic individuals feel ashamed and defeated because they seem unable to harm the members.

Leading the way in dealing with haters is leader RM. He shared his views that: "Of course, there have always been the haters. Always", "There is no team always loved by all people", "There have been always those who hate us". Then, RM's perspective when talking about haters is surprising and admirable to many people. He believes that having haters outside of кσяєα is, in a way, a symbol of achieving success: "Having haters in the U.S. means that we’re now in the mainstream. It’s great."

RM also knows that the appearance of haters will hurt ARMYs a little bit, but he also encourages ARMY not to care about it. He also emphasizes that participating in this negative behavior is just a waste of energy: "Please don’t care about it (haters). The energy you would spend there could be used for other nice things. So, not doing it (arguing with haters) and just ignoring them will be better for your health".

Similar to RM's thoughts, "the words of keyboard warriors" hold values lighter than the feather to Jin and SUGA. Jin said that: "Everytime I heard soмєтнing negative, I'd habitually say "It's okay coz I'm a superstar" & I'd end up thinking it's nothing after all". Meanwhile, SUGA frankly said: "I never actually met anyone who said these (malicious) things to me in person. Not one. The issues that seemed to be a big deal online didn't hold any weight in reality".

For j-hope, he doesn't directly share his views when facing haters. Instead, he uses his music, his raps to make haters, antifans feel "bitter". From Hope World to Jack In The Box, j-hope shows his worth and clαѕѕ far surpαѕѕing the average haters who only know how to say and write negative things. Or when haters hear his sarcastic rap in Ddaeng, I think they can't stand it for more than 3 seconds because their pride is hurt.

Unlike the older members of BTS, V chooses to use the law to deal with issues related to malicious people, haters and antifans. He expressed that he is not hurt by these people but lawsuits are necessary. He once shared: "I just skimmed through and all artists, not just us, do not like people like that. All fans and ARMYs may or may not have monitored this person, but I will sue on behalf all the those who got hurt or did not have the courage to do so".

Meanwhile, Jimin will cut off contact with anyone who speaks ill of BTS even if they are close friends to him. "What I like most about talking to friends is when they compliment about our band," he said. "But when some friends say bad things about BTS or some members in the group, I cut out whoever talks bad", he added. This shows how much the members cherish this member and they are his number 1 priority.

Finally, Jungkook makes haters fail with all their plans to attack or mock because he completely ignores them. He said calmly: "I live knowing that and just accepting it as a fact. I don’t really care too much about them. They’re human, I’m human. I’d rather focus on working hard for the fans who do love and support me. So… I don’t mind it".

He also shared his mature thinking: "In fact, I’m grateful for even the malicious comments. It means they’re spending their time on me. I’d consider that some sort of interest. Right? They’re different kinds of fans. If they had absolutely no interest in me, they wouldn’t. So, I thank them for their time. I don’t like them, though. I don’t have to like them, do I? Of course, I love the ones who love me. I wouldn’t love people who say bad things about me. I work for those who support me."

Well, while haters or antifans spend hours, days trying to find ways to tarnish BTS's image, the group even earns millions of dollars in profits, billions of reputations and is not affected by those malicious words. Only weak people fail because of haters' words while BTS is the powerful Bulletproof Boy Scouts!
