It seems like Billboard's recent actions didn't satisfy fans and also condemned them for their negligence. Most recently, Billboard faced blacklash from ARMYs and netizens after sharing a post about Jungkook.

It would just be a regular post if it didn't include a status line with content that is said to be disrespectful to both Jungkook and Latto. Even when Billboard adjusted their original post, they still failed to please fans and received even more criticism. Currently, Billboard's post is flooded with angry comments from fans below.

These days, fans are immersed in the new record that Jungkook set on the Billboard chart. He rewrote the record for having the most songs as a K-pop solo artist when he had a total of 5 songs in Billboard's 'Hot 100', equaling PSY. Not only that, 'Seven' has also achieved 1 billion streams in the shortest time (108 days) in the history of Spotify, the world's largest music platform.

With these achievements of Jungkook and his debut solo song, fans should have been very happy but this joy did not last long after Billboard made them feel angry with the tweet " unprofessional". Specifically, Billboard posted a status line on Twitter to congratulate Jungkook on breaking records with his solo career, but its content made fans feel uncomfortable.

The tweet has now been removed from Billboard's page but before that, it was written: "Jungkook broke this mαssive record on Spotify thanks to his Latto collab, "Seven"". What's notable here is that Billboard wrote it as if pointing out his music streaming record was possible because the song “Seven” was a collaboration with Latto.

When the tweet was posted, ARMYs expressed their outrage that Billboard downplayed Jungkook's role in the comments section. The fan's anger was so great that Billboard had to delete the post soon after and replace it with one focusing on Jungkook's achievements without mentioning Latto or the song.

After the new tweet was shared, ARMY shared their reaction to the post, which is now focused on Jungkook, and shared that the account should have respected the idol from the start instead of needing to delete the post because backlash. However, it didn't stop there, some other fans said that while the first tweet was disrespectful, the new tweet was disrespectful and disrespectful to Latto. To many, it was admitted that both tweets were unprofessional.
