According to information from Bł₲ Ⱨł₮ Music a few minutes ago, j-hope is the next member of BTS to enlist in the army. This announcement comes abruptly just days after j-hope was announced as the ambαssador of the Louis Vuitton brand.

After Jin, ARMYs are deeply moved by the news of j-hope's enlistment. It seems that j-hope will soon join the army as well as when Jin announced the completion of the enlistment procedures.

The news of j-hope performing his m̷i̷l̷i̷t̷a̷r̷y̷ service and being the next member of BTS to enlist as planned was announced today by Bł₲ Ⱨł₮ Music. Many ARMYs also expressed surprise and sadness at this news because they did not expect the news to come so soon.

According to a report from Bł₲ Ⱨł₮ Music a few minutes ago, they said that j-hope has officially sent an application to cancel the postponement of enlistment to the Military Manpower Association. In the announcement, Bł₲ Ⱨł₮ clearly stated:

"Hello.
This is BIGHIT MUSIC.

We would like to inform our fans that j-hope has initiated the m̷i̷l̷i̷t̷a̷r̷y̷ enlistment process by applying for the termination of his enlistment postponement.

We will inform you of further updates in due course.

We ask you for your continued love and support for j-hope until he completes his m̷i̷l̷i̷t̷a̷r̷y̷ service and safely returns. Our company will spare no effort in providing support for our artist.

Before that, like Jin and other BTS members, he was once entitled to postpone his enlistment until the age of 30 when facilitated by the government due to his many contributions to the country.

With this offer, Jin will be postponed his enlistment until the year he turns 30. However, according to the latest announcement by HYBE in mid-October last year about the enlistment process of BTS members. j-hope canceled the postponement of enlistment and entered the army earlier to match the time when BTS reunited in 2025.

Thus, in order to enlist in the army, j-hope has to make an application to cancel the previously submitted enlistment application. After the application is approved, about 1 month from now, j-hope will be called up for m̷i̷l̷i̷t̷a̷r̷y̷ service. It will be similar to the process that Jin enlisted before. The Military Manpower Association will determine j-hope's enlistment date after considering the number of applicants, the needs of the m̷i̷l̷i̷t̷a̷r̷y̷, and other factors.

It is known that j-hope released a solo album last year and has accomplished many of his other solo goals. Recently, j-hope is said to have completed the final content "Hope On The Street" for ARMY before enlisting in the army.
