From the end of this month, Bł₲ Ⱨł₮ Music has announced that the group's members are preparing for m̷i̷l̷i̷t̷a̷r̷y̷ enlistment. Only 1 week later, specific news about the members' enlistment date was revealed by ̾k̾o̾r̾e̾an media, making fans feel surprised because it seemed like the time came earlier than expected.

Specifically, exclusive information revealed that RM and V will enlist on December 11 while Jimin and Jungkook will enlist at the same frontline recruitment training center the next day, December 12. The official enlistment location first was not disclosed, like the previous cases of BTS members enlisting in the army, to prevent fans from gathering there. But then, üńệẍṗệċẗệď news came out that Jimin and Jungkook would enlist at the 5th Infantry Division Recruit Training Center - which is also where Jin is working as an αѕѕistant instructor.

But right after that, Dispatch gave fans a more detailed and clear answer about the m̷i̷l̷i̷t̷a̷r̷y̷ enlistment situation of the 4 BTS members. Regarding Jimin and Jungkook's enlistment story, they said the above information is true but it is "unfortunate" that those who enlist on December 12 will be in the 10th Company while Jin is in the 11th Company. Therefore, Jin will not be Jimin and Jungkook's αѕѕistant instructor but they will still have the opportunity to meet each other in the barracks because they belong to the 5th Division.

Meanwhile, Dispatch also provided some other news about other members of the group. They corroborate the reports that RM and V will be entering the same training center. V applied to join the Army’s Capital Defense Command Battalion Task Force while RM’s specific sector was not shared. However, Dispatch noted that RM will be deployed to a different sector.
