Jin “Happy” Special Stage for fans on the occasion of the release of his new solo album was a great success over the past two days. Jin and ARMYs around the world had a fun time chatting, filling in the longing of the past 1 year and 6 months.
However, despite the happy moments, ARMYs still felt regretful because part of the showcase was not completed. This stemmed from the choices of some fans who were present at the performance. ARMYs even discussed that this might have made Jin feel sad.

Jin marked the release of his first solo album, "Happy," with a two-day fan showcase in Seoul. The 33-year-old artist, who completed his mandatory military service earlier this year, expressed his excitement about reconnecting with BTS fans. " "I've been waiting for the day to meet ARMYs in person. Thank you for filling the seats and for coming online for the second day as well!", Jin said as he opened the final day of the event.
The showcase was attended by 3,800 fans selected through a lottery. Jin performed live all the songs released in the new album as well as his previously released solo songs. There was even a special collaboration with Red Velvet's Wendy that surprised fans.
Another special part of the two showcases was the "Happy World Cup" game - a selection game with the theme of Jin's vision of the future. On the first day, the humorous chemistry between fans and Jin made the game impressive. At the end of the first day, Jin even created a surprise by wearing "kidnapped by an alien" costume because fans expressed their love for the selection before.
On the second day, the game continued but it seemed like things did not go as well as the first day, bringing about the current regretful reactions from some fans. Specifically, on the second day, instead of the “kidnapped by an alien” costume, Jin made a new choice of a T-rex dinosaur costume and a normal outfit in the MV. This time, ARMYs directly chose to see Jin in a normal outfit and that decision disappointed other fans.
Some fans discussed this situation that perhaps Jin had prepared the T-rex costume in advance because of the enthusiastic reaction to ARMYs’ “kidnapped by an alien” costume yesterday. But the fans on the second day did not choose a unique costume, causing Jin’s attempt to make the atmosphere fun to fail. Some also pointed out the surprised and somewhat regretful reaction of not being able to wear Jin’s T-rex costume on stage at that time.
On the other hand, some other ARMYs even reacted harshly and said that the ARMYs who were present in person made the wrong decision:

- He was waiting for the t-rex outfit !!! Of course he wanted to do it
- Nooo. He would be disappointed in us that we didn’t choose it. respectfully the armys there today are stupid
- The option was there for a reason, he probably wanted to make ARMY smile
- you could TELL he kept giving them chances because he wanted to wear the dinosaur instead oh my god you people are a DISAPPOINTMENT

- We really could have gotten Jin in a T. rex costume and for some unknown reason ppl voted for the second outfit if yall hate fun just say that
- I’m sad. We were deprived of a fun outfit Jin would have been silly in. He also didn’t get to choose what abilities he’d want which realistically couldn’t happen but I’d pick languages and talking to animals any day.
