ARMYs Come Together To Honor The Heroic ѕα¢яιfι¢є Of A Baby ARMY In Texas School Shooting

Every day in the world different things happens, as Namjoon said. Unfortunately, recently a tragic shooting took place in Texas and took the life of a little ARMY.

To commemorate the brave pa̾s̾sing of this ARMY, many other ARMYs have come together to honor their fellow ARMY.

On Tuesday, May 24, an 18-year-old gυиman, identified as Salvador Ramos, attacked Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, about 80 miles west of San Antonio in Texas, with a gυи AR-15-style semi-automatic rifle.

Ramos ended up ma̾s̾sacring at least 19 children and two fourth-grade teachers. Others were reported injured, and responders shot the gυиman.

It is now considered "the ďệäďliest school shooting in the history of the state."

According to information from HuffPost, one of the children who lσst their lives was 4th grader Amerie Jo Garza. She is pictured in a BTS t-shirt.

In the article, she was praised for her intelligence as she had just won an honorary award earlier. Even her Grandma, Berlina Irene Arreola, revealed to The Daily Beast that Amerie Jo Garza lσst her life while calling 911 to save others.

Her father, Angel Garza, spoke to The New York Times about the grieving loss. He shared that the pa̾s̾sing of his daughter was a painful loss after the family lσst a loved one during the ¢σνι∂-19 pandemic.

On Facebook, Angel Garza shared a message of gratitude to those who made the effort to find Amerie Jo Garza. He honors her life and encourages others to care for their loved ones.

He wrote: "Thank you everyone for the prayers and help trying to find my baby. She’s been found. My little love is now flying high with the angels above. Please don’t take a second for granted. Hug your family. Tell them you love them. I love you Amerie jo. Watch over your baby brother for me."

Her aunt commented on the viral TikTok video above, remembering how much Amerie Jo Garza fell in love with BTS and was so proud of BTS.

A BTS ARMY page on Facebook shared a post in honor of Amerie Jo Garza.

ARMYs on Twitter is also honoring her. A post that has gone viral since then shared that they would "light a candle for her, her cla̾s̾smates and her teachers".

In Spanish culture, burning a candle is a sign of divine power. So a person lights a candle to pray or remember the dєcєαsєd.

ARMYs are also sharing and donating to the GoFundMe created by my mom's best friend of Amerie Jo Garza. Everyone admired Amerie Jo Garza's heart and courage. And many of the donors in the comments are fellow ARMYs.

At the time of writing, $62,759 has been raised from an initial $50,000 goal with 2.1k donations. GoFundMe campaign organizer Jasmine Wright shared the update, thanking everyone who supports for the baby girl!
