ARMYs Are Outraged At An Offensive Question Related To Gender Towards Jungkook Recently

Recently, Jungkook held a GOLDEN listening party through the STATIONHEAD app. During such live chats, he can talk and share more interesting things about himself and the album through fans' questions.

However, in a recent chat, ARMYs were very angry at a sensitive question sent to Jungkook. Not only the question but also his answer was later distorted in a negative direction and spread on SNS. In response to this situation, fans expressed their anger towards the fans who were rude and set him up.

Here is what has been discussed recently regarding this incident:

As usual in the previous releases of new singles, this time when releasing a solo album, Jungkook also held a dio listening party with fans. He once expressed that he felt happy interacting with ARMY in this form. On the contrary, fans are also very happy to listen to his stories.

In particular, because it is an online exchange program, fans' comments are all seen by Jungkook. He also frequently randomly answers questions that fans ask in the comments section. And that makes fans understand more about Jungkook.

But recently, there was a case that made ARMYs really concerned that some fans' disrespectful behavior would affect Jungkook during live chats. Specifically, it came from a question that was said to "trap" Jungkook, related to the issue of ṩệẍual orientation. Fans asked Jungkook: "Bottom or top?".

Faced with this question, it seemed like Jungkook didn't think too deeply and naturally responded: "Top". Similarly, other fans just thought it was a normal question and answer.

But after that, things started to spread with many different thoughts. Most of the posts and comments on SNS αѕѕume that Jungkook is expressing his ṩệẍuality or hinting at somєthing sensitive that everyone knows. According to TeenVogue: "Generally, a bottom is the receiver, a top is the giver. These terms, while often applied to anal ṩệẍ, do apply elsewhere, and aren't reserved for men who have ṩệẍ with men."

The ambiguity of the question inherently allows the story to be directed in many different directions. But considering that Jungkook is not a fluent English user and knows about this term, it can be sure that he answered in the most normal way of thinking and not related to ṩệẍ like many people spread it.

Seeing Jungkook being made fun of all over SNS because of this question and answer, ARMYs were really angry. They asked others to stop spreading the story in a negative way and to be polite when interacting with Jungkook in the future:

- wth is happening in here??

- This is disrespect

- he literally just answered a question

- When i heard this question during STATIONHEAD, I thought this person that asked him this question is ŕüḅḅïṩḧ

- Y’all asked , he answered move on

- Why are some of u getting mad at jk?! He answered a question that could mean anything. It depends on how u interpret it- well what did yall expect him to say really...

- What are y'all asking him

- You are such a disgusting for asking this

- How embarrαѕѕing for you.

- I'm sure he understood it in a different way probably thinking if they're asking if he's at the top or bottom in music

- He only answered it because he didn’t know what it meant

- he’s кσяєαn. My fiancée is кσяєαn and he didn’t know what it meant until his friend told him. You obviously don’t know how conservative they are.

- Why would someone ask this question...

- Top or bottom is Up and down for non native speakers Be serious he already told he doesn't like to answer sensitive questions and get mad at fans doing them he would never answer that if he knew in what meaning fans were asking
