BTS is known not only for their outstanding talent but also for their amazing personalities and j-hope is a part of that. It can be said that j-hope is one of the most hardworking idols in the past years with large donations.

His support of organizations that help those in need has saved lives as well as improved the lives of so many. Recently, an ARMY was extremely proud to hear that j-hope saved a baby's life with his large but silent charity.

Here is the warm and loving story of j-hope that makes us admire:

j-hope is not only a cult idol with many outstanding musical activities with BTS, but also famous as a star with a great heart. During his career, BTS's "little hope" has been very generous and kind when regularly making many large donations for children and families in difficult circumstances.

Not only that, his charitable donations have saved many children's lives as well as helped many families through difficult times in Korea. Besides, j-hope has also contributed to creating better conditions for children to have the opportunity to study and develop their talents.

All donations are silently sent to social welfare centers. Only after the news was exploited by the press did they become widely publicized. It can be seen that j-hope has an honest and kind heart.

Not only that, recently an ARMY was quite surprised and touched when a friend who works at a child welfare organization called and informed her that j-hope had helped a child with a successful surgery with a donation of thousands of dollars. This baby was saved by j-hope and her family didn't need to worry about the huge medical bills thanks to j-hope.

Specifically, this ARMY shared: "Yesterday I got a call from a friend working for a child welfare organization and heard that the cost of a kid's surgery was to be covered with our Hobi's donation  ㅠㅠㅠ the surgery costing millions of won (thousands of dollars) must have been concerning to the family in need. But the kid got to have the surgery thanks to our Hobi's donation."

She also expressed how we all feel about this act of j-hope: "Whenever I hear the news of Hobi's donation, I've been touched, but when I found out that it's being used somewhere close to me, where it is really needed, I felt very relieved and thankful, and I was proud to be Hobi's fan."

j-hope started doing charity a long time ago, as soon as he became successful with his career and BTS. In 2018, j-hope was announced as the 146th member of South Korea’s “Green Noble Club”. Accordingly, the members of this club are required to contribute to charity at least 100 million KRW. Up to now, it is estimated that the total amount of money that j-hope has donated has reached 900 million KRW.

There have been many charities of j-hope over the years, such as 150 million KRW to nurture children's talents (in 2018), 200 million KRW in 2019 tuition fees, 100 million KRW in support of families in difficult circumstances because of Covid-19 in 2020,…
