BTS is currently focusing on the members' solo activities, so it's not difficult to understand when more and more invitations are given to each member with different projects. Recently, the famous composer Frank Wildhorn made an invitation to act in a musical for V.

Frank Wildhorn is 'the most loved composer in Korea'. Through musicals such as "Jekyll and Hyde", "Monte Cristo" and "The Last Kiss", he gained alot of support in Korea for expressing music with a clear and emotional melody. 

The composer of the musical 'Jekyll and Hyde' recently expressed his wish for V to participate in the musical.

Specifically, in an interview at the office building of EMK Musical Company in Gangnam-gu, Seoulm Wildhorn talked about how impressed he was with V and BTS. The reason Wildhorn mentioned BTS is because he feels the tremendous growth of Korean culture through BTS's topic. 

Wildhorn said, "The biggest difference now compared to when I first came to Korea is that Korean cultural content is 'hot' all over the world." "Korean musicals have also developed a lot."

He also said that there are many faces he looks for when casting the musical Jekyll and Hyde. But he suddenly was given a video on Instagram where V sang 'This moment' (the representative song of 'Jekyll and Hyde'). 

He smiled and said he would like to entrust the role of Jekyll, the main character of "Jekyll and Hyde" to the star loved worldwide, BTS V. He mentioned that: "I think I have one request. I understand that (BTS) they’re doing solo activities. A few months ago, I saw it on Instagram, they were preparing for a concert and testing the sound before the concert, and when it came to V’s turn, he sang “This is the Moment”

He was also very happy if someone could send his message to V. He continued: "If any reporters were meet V, I would be thankful if they let him know that Frank Wildhorn would like him to play the role of Jekyll. I got a lot of messages from my friends saying "quick! Go to Instagram! V’s singing "This is the Moment". I have no way of contacting V so I'm asking the reporters to let him know”

f Taehyung were to play Jekyll he would be playing the role of a protagonist that’s battling between the good and evil within himself, leading to the struggle between his dual personalities of Henry Jekyll and Edward Hyde. 

Taehyung has always shown his great potential in acting and vocals. There's nothing better than him taking on the lead role in this legendary musical!
