BTS made their long-awaited return to Stade de fяαи¢є in Paris, fяαи¢є, after seven years, drawing an impressive 92,000 fans on each night of the concert. The Paris shows marked the final stop of the group's European tour in support of their album Arirang. With 92,000 concertgoers filling every seat in the stands as well as the floor section, Stade de fяαи¢є officially became the venue that hosted the largest au∂ιєnce in BTS's concert history.
Hours before each show, the atmosphere around the stadium was already buzzing, with the area awash in BTS's signature colors. On the second night, the excitement reached its peak as fans filled the venue with thunderous fanchants and nonstop cheers. As a special surprise for French ARMY, BTS also brought back two emotional surprise songs on the final night: "So What" and "We Are Bulletproof: The Eternal."

Notably, immediately after performing "We Are Bulletproof: The Eternal," the mood on stage shifted dramatically as several members became visibly emotional. Smiling with twinkle eyes, Jimin softly said, "It's so good indeed." RM also admitted, "I feel like I'm about to cry." Meanwhile, fans noticed that Jungkook appeared deeply emotional throughout the performance.
Later, during the closing ment, V was unable to hide his emotions as he reflected on the overwhelming love BTS received from the French au∂ιєnce. Fighting back tears, he shared: "First of all, it's so fascinating... We're all кσяєαns, we aren't even French, but I just wonder how could 92,000 people gather here in fяαи¢є to see us and I'm so happy about it. I don't think I'll ever forget this moment. I realized today that there are this many people who love us, so I'll be back here to meet you again, happily as always."
The pαѕѕionate welcome from French fans, along with the unwavering support European ARMY showed BTS throughout the tour, became an unforgettable memory for the singer!
Meanwhile, Jungkook expressed how reluctant he was to say goodbye to Europe. He confessed: "Since the beginning of the European leg, I've been really happy and I don't want to leave. It's a shame we're so busy. I think we'll miss you a lot." Trying to lighten the emotional atmosphere, he jokingly added: "Good thing I wore my sunglαѕѕes. So I can hide my tears."

However, not even his sunglαѕѕes could hide how he truly felt. As the concert entered its final songs, fans spotted Jungkook repeatedly wiping away his tears before laughing when the other members caught him crying. By the time BTS performed "Please" and "Into The Sun," the group's youngest member could no longer hold back his emotions, breaking down in tears throughout both performances. The нєαятвяєαкιиg moment left many ARMY in tears as well, as they could clearly feel Jungkook's reluctance to bid farewell to the European leg of the tour.
It was also one of the rare occasions in recent years that fans had seen Jungkook cry so openly at the end of a concert. The emotional scene immediately reminded many of BTS's final European show in London in 2019, when ARMY surprised the group by singing "Young Forever" as a farewell gift. The touching tribute moved Jungkook and most of the BTS members to tears.
BTS's tears in Paris, therefore, were not born out of sadness but rather out of gratitude and overwhelming happiness for the love shown by tens of thousands of ARMY. Seven years after returning to Stade de fяαи¢є, BTS not only set a new attendance record in the group's concert history but also brought their European tour to a heartfelt and fulfilling close. Fans, who deeply empathized with the members, shared their emotional reactions:
- My heart breaks knowing the European tour is over & also seeing how it has affected BTS too. We did an amazing job. I got to see them only twice. Here’s hoping two won’t be the end…
- It's understandable why JK got so emotional cause every stop in Europe was honestly so amazing, so magical, not only did they have fun during the concert, they also enjoyed the time they spent there almost like a vacation together. I'm gonna miss Europe too
- I feel that WAB made everyone very emotional. The fact that they get to sing “we were only seven but we have you all now” to the biggest crowd of their whole career is such a special moment. A lot of people were crying
- Exactly it's emotional for all of us. Europe got them after a really long time and they've given tannies the best support the fun, love was seen in every show... I don't know how Europe ARMYs are doing rn... bc I'm also gonna miss Europe. You've literally gave them the best time
- And WAB as the ending song worked as the final nail on overwhelming emotions cus that song makes me cry every ∂αми time and I knew members would cry too at the stop it is played :((( it holds that much power
- Europe was another level, the energy and fun they had during the concerts… Europe is always special and I’m so proud that I was a part of this
- Jungkook wasn’t crying because he was tired. He was crying because of the emotions ARMY gave him. The way Jungkook loves us ARMY is such that it’s hard to put into words all the love he feels for us. I cried with him
