Perhaps being an idol is already a very stressful thing for many people. But to become a famous artist like BTS, they have to endure even more pressure, especially when they have a new role.
V once shared how he felt pressured when he was acting for the first time. Through that, we know that to have the success like today, he had to work hard and be strong.
Recently, V has been caught up in a lot of dating rumors. Many people fear that he will feel unhappy when he reads negative news related to him. However, a topic about V has attracted attention when saying that dealing with rumors is not as scary as his solo, even V once cried when he was the first member to act in a movie.
Specifically, the topic cited V's sharing about the difficulties he faced when preparing for his first drama, Hwarang. As the first BTS member to take on the acting challenge, V feels a lot of pressure as the group's representative. He shared: "Oh, is he in BTS? He’s good at acting!’ or ‘He’s in BTS? BTS kids really can’t act.’ These are the only two ways people could react. That put on a lot of pressure since then, and I thought I had to do well.”
He admitted that the pressure and stress prevented him from giving his best on set when filming: "At first I had a fighting attitude and I said to my members ‘I can do this, just believe in me!’ but I was so nervous I forgot my lines and wasn’t sure what to do.”
The members noticed he was feeling very down, but V didn’t admit to his hardships at first or told it to other members. Eventually, it all came to a head and he first spilled it out to Jimin — the member closest to his age. He said that: "For the first time, when I was alone with Jimin — I cried it out and told him how I couldn’t focus on anything. He worried a lot about me.”
Afterwards, the BTS members all sat down and talked to V about his situation. V recounted: "They told me ‘We can’t fix this for you, but we’re here to give you support.’ That comforted me so much.”
It shows that starting to do something alone for V or each member of BTS is really stressful because if it doesn't work, it will affect the reputation of the group. Maybe that's why V is having a hard time trying out many solo activities, including his first solo album.
Therefore, the rumors are probably insignificant compared to the pressure V is under. Many people also believe that the private life of idols should be shelved until insiders speak up. Spreading more news about it only makes the person who started the story achieve their evil purpose!
