On June 10, 2025, RM and V officially completed their military service, taking off their military armor to return to the life of “idol” in society. Fans have been looking forward to this day for months, exploding with happy reactions on SNS.
Just hours after leaving the military barracks, RM and V celebrated their discharge together in a Weverse live broadcast. The two members officially greeted ARMYs all over the world after 18 months in a room decorated with cute balloons, fresh flowers, and cakes.
During the broadcast, the two sat down together and shared many interesting memories of their time in the military. RM υиєχρє¢тє∂ly revealed his secret feelings before his discharge day: "The night before, I had a long conversation with my juniors, and when I went to bed around 2am, I cried a lot."
On the other hand, V shared a surprisingly different reaction. He calmly said, “When other seniors were discharged, everyone cried, but I didn’t shed any tears.” He went on, “I heard a lot about the dreams of my juniors. I found myself genuinely rooting for them. I wondered what I could do for them,” showing a more mature side of himself.
Moreover, in the moment when V admitted that he had "changed" by explaining that his MBTI had become different, as the "Feelings" part became "Thinking", fans felt his maturity even more clearly.
He also explained that the change in his personality during his military service has made him less tolerant of wrongdoing, especially in professional settings: "My MBTI has changed to ENTP. Now I can’t handle the wrong things done by others. Now I have become so logical with respect to work."
