Consistent with the nature of the account, fans soon discovered that the viral photo had in fact been edited from an original picture taken about a year ago.
In the original photo, V was dining with IU, Seulong, and Shin Se Kyung at a fine dining restaurant. The so-called manager wearing the purple ѕтяιρed shirt in the edited version was actually singer IU. Furthermore, V's hair in the original photo was short and jet black, taken before he switched to his current highlighted hairstyle. In other words, the viral image is not the latest update regarding any change to V's hair.
