Jin released his first solo album 'Happy' on the 15th, marking his return after 18 months of military service. Jin's album is also the 7th solo album of BTS members in chapter 2 of their career.
In particular, the MV for the title Running Wild was carefully invested by Jin with impressive content and footage. Jin not only treated fans to a visual feast but also revealed some details about BTS 7's comeback date, ensuring ARMYs are excited.
If you missed this detail when watching the MV, check it out below:
Since his discharge in June this year, Jin has immediately brought many music products as well as variety shows to fans. Most notably, the release of his first solo album and title track Running Wild on November 15. As the male idol revealed, the album is a diverse combination of "a soda flavor, popping candy, and dark chocolate", each song brings a unique color, expressing his strong individuality.
In the new album, Jin sings about the journey to find happiness. According to the management company, he will express emotions such as love, excitement and courage, which are elements of happiness. This content is fully expressed through the MV of the title track Running Wild.
The MV is set like a science fiction movie. Here, Jin faces the chaotic scene of the world due to a meteorite falling. Despite the rush of people running away, Jin and his pet dog choose to fully enjoy their last moments on earth. He chose to slow down in the midst of a rush, enjoy a good movie, go shopping and watch the way people connect with each other through the word "love".
The MV image makes fans admire because of the "huge" investment and refinement, the visual technology is not inferior to sci-fi movies. But it doesn't stop there, Jin also incorporates some details that make ARMYs think of BTS and are moved by his "signal". ARMYs have cleverly realized that the license plate that Jin used to escape the falling meteorite is the name of the album "HAPPY". What's special is that the letter Y is cleverly transformed to look like the number 7, which is the number of members, and also a number with special meaning to BTS.
Most notably, the line "DEC" and the number "2025" right above. This makes fans think of the time frame when BTS will reunite. As the BTS members mentioned before their enlistment, their wish is for all 7 members to reunite in 2025 as a group after their discharge. This detail was added by Jin as a re-affirmation of this after the recent turmoil caused by HYBE's statement.
ARMYs can't stop manifesting this on SNS in the past few hours:
- Just putting it there, understand what you want to understand it’s clown land anyway
- This is blowing up hahah, feel free to share your theories we never know what might happen (or not happen)
- 2025, for our second Most beautiful moment in life to be blooming
- It's dec4 his bday and 7 2025 meaning all 7 are coming together in 2025
- the seven is clearly for all seven members of bts and i'm thinking the reason it's december is cos of his birthday and the reason he chose 2025 is maybe because that's when all seven of them are home? also could be a single with all seven featured maybe? they're my theories.
- Dec 4 is Jin’s birthday and Dec 2025 is a hint that they will drop their comeback song since it’s the end of the year and they can start promoting by 2026. Jhope will release a song ahead their comeback so dec is the perfect time for them
- I think so too !! Hobi might release HOTS vol 2 before the other members get back so it does make sense !! Since Jin released in nov when he came back in June, everything’s possibl
- OMG DEC 2025? WHAT?! What is that mean? Is this kind of upcoming new song? I don’t know but we’ll waiting to find out what is this
- Omg!! I will pray for it to be true. But even as a clown as long as they come back safe and healthy, I am happy for BTS
- vehicle registration renewals are on birthdays here so dec 2025.. trying not be delulu here though
- jin, i’m not stable enough for this
- Maybe Dec 4th (Jin's birthday) and 7 boys return 2025
- That come back!!!! That bts come back
