The 13-Year-Work Spanish Producer Allegedly Made A Racist And Offensive Comment Towards j-hope

Since their debut in 2013, BTS has always proven they are a group that will make a good impact on people's lives, especially in combating rαcιsm and gender discrimination. Because they are also victims of these serious social problems.

Especially, since their popularity has skyrocketed and they have become a known name all over the world, these problems for BTS are even more serious. They have to deal with becoming victims of other people's pranks and pastimes. Most recently, being ridiculed by a producer, MC has more than 13 years of experience in the industry in ṩṗäïń ṩ.

More specifically, his ŕäċïṩẗ comment was directed at j-hope and ARMYs couldn't stand still by this incident:

Over the past decade, BTS has had to go through many hardships to achieve the success it is today. In addition to facing career challenges, BTS has also been the victim of many attacks, including those related to race and gender.

But even so, they still fιgнт against it with support from ARMYs and many other active fans. However, similar incidents have occurred for many years now with extremely serious levels.

Recently, ARMYs and netizens went on a rampage after a veteran TV presenter in ṩṗäïń ṩ made ŕäċïṩẗ remarks towards j-hope. The incident started with j-hope appearing in DIOR's fashion show.

As expected, as a fashionista of BTS, j-hope looks absolutely perfect in an outfit from the high-end brand DIOR, which combines sophistication, elegance and style. But unfortunately, while most people praise j-hope's looks, comedian and host Pablos Motos gave him rude descriptions in a news release.

In the video shared online that is quickly gaining attention, the host is talking about three celebrities on screen with guests and one of them is j-hope. However, when it comes to j-hope, who is represented by a photo from fashion week, the comedian immediately says, "friki japonés."

Although he explains that j-hope looks good, the phrase is directly translated as "̾j̾a̾p̾a̾nese freak,”, but in Spanish it can be translated as "̾j̾a̾p̾a̾nese weirdo.” Many people have shared different words it can be translated to, including "geek", but all seem to have negative connotations.

When the video was posted online, it was not surprising that netizens could not contain their anger at the ŕäċïṩẗ comment for a variety of reasons. The first problem, of course, is describing j-hope as "̾j̾a̾p̾a̾nese", as many believe it's tied to the notion that "All Asians are the same", but his harsh tone also makes it seem like an ĨŃŚÚĹŤ.

Next, comparing the image of j-hope with an eccentric or a monster are very crude and disrespectful words. Meanwhile, Pablos Motos is a seasoned producer, MC and comedian in the Spanish entertainment industry so he can afford to opt for a more cultured introduction to j-hope.

Social media was then flooded with tweets from fans demanding an apology from the comedian and also sharing their anger at ŕäċïṩẗ comments towards j-hope. Neither the show nor the comedian responded to criticism from fans:

- We condemn the racist comment made by Mr. Pablo Motos of the program @El_Hormiguero. In which he addresses J-HOPE in a derogatory way calling him a "Japanese geek". We demand due respect to the Artist. The attitude of these people does not represent us!

- apparently this tv host is known for always making misogynistic/racist jokes yet he's still not fired?? trending a hashtag and calling them out won't be enough we need to REPORT this to bighit so they can be sued. he needs to be deplatform

- he’s also the producer of the show and he’s been running this show for more than +13 years. they won’t fire him AT ALL. that’s spanish television for you

- i would say his show is one the most famous that we have here in spain so i highly doubt they’ll fire him :// plus he’s a producer too. i think the best thing to do would be making a template and sending it to bighit but idk how

- Let’s give him a bit of trouble :)

- I doubt very much that they will do anything in Spain that guy has been doing this for a long time

- spain would be a better country without him on tv, truly. please, armys do your thing.

- It’s Spain they invented racism

ARMYs all know that j-hope is one of the most positive and genuine people in the world, never surprising people with his charming personality and outlook on life. He also makes the most of all the opportunities given to him, exposing him to the whole world and strengthening the influence of the group.

Because of the good influence of j-hope, he doesn't deserve these ŕäċïṩẗ words!
