After j-hope, the next person to release his solo album is Jin. Plus, according to an exclusive report from Tenasia, Jin's solo comeback scheduled for October will be a collaboration with band Coldplay.
It is known that Coldplay gifted the song to Jin, and this is the second time BTS and Coldplay have worked together, having previously worked on "My Universe" last year. Coldplay as well as Chris Martin were close friends and were the British band Jin had admired so much.
Not only that, under the ingenuity of many ARMYs, they quickly discovered that the name of Jin's new song could be Aurora. This is said to be a missing song from the album that BTS collaborated with Coldplay - Music of Sphere.
In an Instagram Story, the art director who has worked with Coldplay answered a fan question about the song Aurora that was supposed to be on the album but didn't appear. He left a whale icon under the question "Where is the Aurora?".
As all ARMYs realize, the whale is a symbol for BTS and it seems to be related to this debut of Jin. Since working together on previous occasions, Jin and Coldplay have maintained a deep connection. Chris Martin also gave the guitar to Jin during his last visit to BTS.
Jin announced his solo comeback in October during BTS' most recent concert Yet to Come. HYBE has yet to confirm the news of who collaborated on Jin's solo album, but Jin also shared: "I ended up singing something thanks to a fortunate connection with someone I am a fan of."
