Not having time to finish the echo as well as the emotions of the 3 nights of encore concert "SUGA | Agust D TOUR 'D-DAY' THE FINAL", fans are "sobbing" because SUGA is about to enlist in the army in the near future. This may have been an unhappy start to the week for ARMY but looking back, they have always respected his decision and supported him.
But there is also the fact that on the live broadcast yesterday after the concert ended, SUGA hinted to the fans a little bit about this. When recalling the last words SUGA shared before leaving the live broadcast, fans were even more moved and couldn't hold back their tears.

With the receipt of the Medal of Culture in 2018, all seven BTS members were given the privilege of deferring m̷i̷l̷i̷t̷a̷r̷y̷ service until the age of 30. SUGA's enlistment deferment ďệäďline is December of this year and therefore, in order to enlist earlier, he filed to cancel it just like Jin and j-hope did before.
Similar to the two members, SUGA will probably enlist in mid-September, a month after he submitted his application. With active service, SUGA will complete his service in 18 months and return in early 2025.
This was also mentioned by SUGA during the last part of the live broadcast last night, after the concert in Seoul ended. Since ARMYs were still immersed in the atmosphere of emotional stages before, fans a̾s̾sumed it was his usual admonition, not an early farewell.

As it turns out, he planned everything to be able to complete the SUGA global tour | Agust D TOUR D-DAY with 28 concerts in 10 cities around the world, to meet ARMYs around the globe before saying goodbye to them in the fall.
