For the BTS members, the musical dream seems to be the biggest and most meaningful dream for them. But besides that, there are other small wishes from a long time ago that they may have forgotten or have not yet fulfilled.
One of the wishes that perhaps few ARMYs know about is SUGA's wish before he debuted. He's been making it public to his few fans since day one but until now it seems he hasn't done this and ARMYs recently teased him by reminding him about it.
And it's great that RM saw what SUGA wanted to do and he immediately asked SUGA to do this:
All ARMYs know that BTS's success is not easy. BTS has come a long way and accomplished a lot of things they never thought possible. But sometimes, some members like SUGA, for example, forget that he had small wishes before debut.
Perhaps many ARMYs know that the beginning of SUGA's career was not easy when he did not receive a lot of support from his parents at the time he decided to pursue art. After that, SUGA had to work part-time to settle down and pursue his pαssion for music, but as a result, he had an αccídєnt and almost didn't debut with BTS.
There was also a time when SUGA was so difficult that he had to choose to spend money to go home by bus and starve or eat noodles and walk for hours to get home. He even had to work for free in studios or was cheated for composing money and was not paid any money. And so, as the day of his debut with BTS approached, he felt that his life was about to turn to a better new page even though it was still very fragile in those days.
Therefore, 2 months before BTS's debut, SUGA posted a status line on Twitter expressing his wish if he made a lot of money later. SUGA said that he wished he could earn enough money to buy cameras for the members. He even specified what kind of camera would be suitable for the members.
He thought that RM would be suitable for high end camera while mirror-less would be suitable for Jin and j-hope. He also wanted to buy compact cameras for Jungkook and Jimin. He also added that: "I'll be pleased just to be the (person in charge of) lighting Bangtan needs to take (the photos). Feelings of a father".
The time SUGA posted this tweet was 2 months before BTS's debut date and even V has yet to be officially revealed to the public. So very few ARMYs know about the existence of this Tweet, but there are still people who remember it to this day and the later part of the story is a legend.
Currently, SUGA has a net worth of millions of dollars and buying cameras for the members is no longer somєthing he can only wish for. So one ARMY posted a screenshot of the above tweet hoping that a member would see it and remind Min SUGA to give everyone a camera as promised.
In the end, it was RM who saw that screenshot and thanked ARMY for the reminder. He also added that he will go ask SUGA about fulfilling that wish.
Although we don't know if RM succeeded in asking SUGA to grant that wish, it really shows how much love and care SUGA has for the members. In his successful future life, he has always thought of the members and wished them well. Perhaps, he really appreciates the members who have been with him since day one and went through a lot of hardships.
SUGA is often known for his cold personality and rarely shows his emotions. However, more than anyone else, he is the one who gives the most love to BTS and ARMYs. Now, he can give all the members expensive and luxurious gifts but his simple dream before was filled with priceless affection. That's really a great thing!
