Some Fans Asking Jungkook For Concert Tickets After Meeting Him In Person Spark Outrage

On June 1, Jungkook drew significant attention after interacting with fans both online and in person. While answering fan questions on Instagram, the idol υиєχρє¢тє∂ly shared his plans to go work out and jokingly suggested, "Selca if you catch me," implying that he would happily take commemorative photos with fans who happened to run into him in real life.

However, it didn't take long for the atmosphere to completely change. In a follow-up video, Jungkook appeared on camera looking visibly displeased while repeatedly throwing punching motions. He then openly expressed his frustration by writing, "I didn't mean for you to wait around near my house. I'm seriously gonna expose this."

Contrary to Jungkook's original intention of having a natural encounter with fans while out for a run, several sasaeng fans reportedly showed up right outside his home. As a result, Jungkook issued a stern warning about the invasion of his privacy. Some fans later discovered that many of the people who took photos with him that day were actually individuals who had allegedly been following him for a long time.

Before the sasaeng controversy could ∂ιє down, another uncomfortable story emerged, leaving fans equally frustrated!

Specifically, two foreign fans who met Jungkook that day shared their entire experience in a video posted on TikTok. Notably, the pair revealed that when they "spotted Jungkook running along the Han River," they asked him for a selfie but were initially turned down. However, after asking him once more, the idol eventually agreed to take a photo with them. But what many considered the height of the awkwardness was that they also took the opportunity to ask Jungkook for tickets to the upcoming "ARIRANG World Tour" concert in Busan.

After the video spread across multiple social media platforms, a wave of criticism quickly followed. One fan wrote angrily on X: "These girls are asking Jungkook for concert tickets with such pride, like the ENTITLEMENT. He doesn’t owe y'all anything. First they asked for a pic. He said no, and then they asked again, and he said yes. That’s when they asked for concert tickets after pressuring him to take a pic?"

Many others agreed, arguing that the two women displayed a lack of boundaries and went too far in their approach toward the singer. Jungkook had already been polite enough to take a photo despite initially wanting to refuse, but that did not give fans the right to continue making personal requests—especially ones that many considered inappropriate, unreasonable, and downright rude.

Meanwhile, quite a few people also expressed skepticism about the story told by one of the women. They found it difficult to believe that the pair had simply "run into" Jungkook by chance while he was out jogging, especially given the ongoing concerns surrounding sasaeng fans. Others voiced concerns that additional stalkers may have already figured out Jungkook's regular jogging route along the Han River, potentially putting the singer at risk.

Social media has since been flooded with criticism directed at the two women, with some fans even calling for the incident to be reported to HYBE:

- That Janet girl who met Jungkook asked him for concert tickets?? Kept following him despite noticing he was uncomfortable! Man the audacity of these ppl ! So everyone he met yesterday was a stalker

- I really don't understand how people do that. If I see any celebrity, big or small, I'll just freeze, than slowly approach them(maybe) ask for a pic awkwardly, shake while taking the pic, than RUN tf away cause that's AWKWARD asfffff

- It was JKs way of exposing stalkers by inviting them for selfie... Otherwise the real/normal ARMY will not follow his Artist at night...

- The fact is wired and evil people meeting them casually where genuine fans can't meet them with money or with luck

- The audacity!! I hope everyone reports them to the http://protect.hybecorp.com portal so they can be sued for stalking and harαѕѕment!

- Why are they do shameless? Who asks for tickets like that ? I am getting second hand embarrαѕѕment

- Stalkers. All of those that "ran into him" that night are stalkers. What normal, mentality and emotionally healthy would be there at that time to see him? Dude has been harαѕѕed his all life, why the fick add to the stress?

- What gall these 2 entitled brats have!  Good for Jungkook, but he needs to find a different route to walk, not the Han River.  Psychos have his routine down now.

- Ugggg this annoys me to no end. Acting like they were all surprised to meet him

- Can't take no for an answer? That's harαѕѕment! How can you do that to someone like jungkook? He's such a sweetheart!
