Seoul Police Officially Step In To Protect Jungkook From Stalker Threats Around His House

Becoming a public figure also means that your life is no longer private, as dozens of eyes follow your every move, no matter how small. Especially concerning are those who lurk, secretly film, or take photos of celebrities anywhere and at any time. Some with perverse tendencies even stalk and harαѕѕ idols at their own homes. That’s why terms like “stalker” and “sasaeng fan” are so common in the entertainment world and remain a constant nightmare for celebrities.

BTS members are among the top global K-pop stars, which makes this problem even more serious. V was once harαѕѕed by an obsessive fan who ran into the elevator of his apartment with a marriage registration form. When Jungkook was still living in a luxury apartment, he experienced multiple instances of obsessive fans sending food to his home, forcing him to nervously look around before entering.

Even after Jungkook moved to a more secure area, Itaewon-dong, Yongsan, where many embαѕѕies and executives from major conglomerates like SK Group, Shinsegae, and Hyundai reside, the problem hasn’t stopped and has even worsened recently.

Since the beginning of this month, reports indicate that several obsessive fans have gathered outside his home, ringing the doorbell and even attempting to break in. In one case, two נαραиese women in their 50s camped outside Jungkook’s house for a week, repeatedly trying to enter the gate code and taking notes in a notebook until they found the correct number.

Thanks to fans reporting these incidents to the local ρσℓι¢є and HYBE over several days, the Seoul ρσℓι¢є finally recognized the seriousness of the situation and issued an official statement. Officials confirmed on November 14 that security around Jungkook’s home has been strengthened. Police are now patrolling continuously to prevent unauthorized gatherings and protect his privacy.

Moreover, the case of the נαραиese fans who camped outside Jungkook’s house for several days was handled by local ρσℓι¢є, who removed them from the villa area and ordered them to leave South кσяєα within 24 hours.

Back in June, when Jungkook was discharged from military service, he also experienced at least two instances of harαѕѕment at his home. In one, a Chinese fan brought a suitcase to his gate, rang the doorbell, and waited for hours until the ρσℓι¢є took them away. In the second, another sasaeng fan broke in and hid in his garage. Even worse, Jungkook witnessed this obsession firsthand.

Fans have long been outraged seeing Jungkook repeatedly harαѕѕed at his home without any ρσℓι¢є or security stopping these actions in time. Now, with the new announcement from local authorities, ARMYs can feel some relief, as the situation is at least under control.

After all, celebrities are still human beings who deserve personal lives, and their rights are protected by law. No one is allowed to threaten or invade another person’s privacy. Therefore, any actions by stalkers or sasaeng fans toward idols are illegal and will inevitably be stopped and punished.

Fans have expressed their relief upon hearing the latest news:

- About time!! Now maybe this will stop the crazies from stalking him and trying to break into his house.

- They should kick her outand never being allowed to enter in кσяєα again. And this should be for anybody who stalks Tannies or other celebrities

- Women are so crazy, I don’t know why they can’t just adore him from far away I mean the man is featured in magazines billboards he’s everywhere in Seoul

- F*CKING THANK GOD. I feel so sorry for him. He just turned 28 in September. 28!!!!! Not even 30 yet and has to have insane security around his own NEW house that he JUST completed building last year bc annoying αѕѕ fυ¢кers can’t go one minute not invading his fυ¢кing privacy.

- The fact that people can not leave this man alone is just sickening. He is a human being just like the rest of us and deserves his privacy and shouldn’t have to worry about what is going to happen when he gets home.

- He deserves this kind of safety and protection every single day of his life. Jungkook is such a precious human being and we all know how his privacy has been invaded many times!! He deserves to be safe :(
