For artists like BTS, inspiration is a very important thing to create great works. Especially in BTS, with talent as a producer and involved in composing h̾i̾t ̾s as much as RM, inspiration is more and more important.

The BTS members have been together for more than a decade and of course that's long enough for them to become friends who support each other mentally. So it's not unusual for RM to mention that the BTS member makes him a lot of inspiration in his work.

RM chose Jin! Jin has many nicknames due to his amazing looks, one of which is Worldwide Handsome”. And that is also the reason why RM works hard and has many ideas for his work. RM shared that he was inspired to work hard by looking at Jin's face.
Although RM didn't give a specific reason, it seems like he, like most fans, can't leave his face like a painting. Or maybe, for RM, Jin's lively and expressive face becomes an endless source of inspiration for him, just like poets need their muse!

But it can also be easily understood that the fact that BTS members see each other's appearance gives them more motivation to work. As Jin once said anyone in BTS when someone rests, someone else works and because of that, he never gets discouraged. They become role models and encourage each other to work in a natural way.
That shows how well BTS' teamwork works and it seems that all 7 members are perfect pieces of each other. Therefore, during the time when Jin first enlisted, the members always expressed their longing for him. RM sometimes talks about needing to source new ideas and being quite stressed with his job. Maybe it's because he hasn't seen Jin's wonderful face for a long time!
