RM is known to be the great leader and genius producer of BTS. Talent is like that, but up to this point RM still has some things that he admits that he regrets not being able to complete it.

As the leader of BTS and famous for his high IQ, RM is considered one of the most mature and mature of the group. However, despite everyone's view, for RM, he revealed that he still has imperfections.
RM's weakness was directly mentioned by him along with his hopes to change it in a behind-the-scenes video of him filming the music video for "Sexy Nukim" featuring K-Pop group Balming Tiger. In the video posted on Bangtan TV, RM shyly discussed this.
Accordingly, in the "Sexy Nukim" MV, RM appeared in a masculine Tuxedo shirt, performing the rap part with a confident professional demeanor. While discussing the MV content with San Yawn (Balming Tiger) with the director on set, the male rapper laughed when he knew that the crew actually brought him a public bicycle.
Along with that, RM will do a scene where he will ride a bicycle on top of a toy car to highlight the line: “That cheap-ass rollie and 'rarri. Yo, what you doin' boy? I just keep it me. For you man, I'm a doom boy. I can hear the sound of your heart"
When he saw the bike the crew brought him, RM laughed awkwardly thinking he would do the scene with the bike. He also knows that the crew is really joking because he's the only BTS member who doesn't have a driver's license.
RM also felt helpless with himself and admitted that it was his disappointment. He also expressed that he wants to make a change in his life in the coming year. That is getting a driver's license.
Specifically, RM said that : “I’m gonna get my [driver’s] license this year. I’m gonna get it for real. I have to stop the teasing about me not having a license”, making his staffs laugh too.
True, in the group, RM is the only member who does not have a driver's license and usually just likes to use a bicycle to move around the city. He loves walking around the Han River by bike so much that for his birthday, Jin once gave him an expensive bicycle.
RM even composed a song called “Bicycle” to demonstrate his passion for this means of transportation. In the past, he also frankly talked about his personal weaknesses such as: "I am not mature enough. I cannot drive. I don't have a driver's license...I think I lack many of the skills that I need in life."
But most of all, RM is really a person with a nice personality, rare talent, smart mind and sensitive heart. These things are enough to prove his ability, quality and maturity. Driver's license or driving is one of RM's weak points but it's his cuteness and charm.
