'2022 The Fact Music Awards', a music awards ceremony created by K-pop artists and music fans around the world. A few hours ago, the award ceremony was held with the participation of many famous artists, including BTS.
Here, BTS has won many prestigious awards along with sharing their thoughts when receiving the award. Especially when receiving the biggest award of TMA2022, RM tried to hold back his tears when speaking in front of ARMY.
2022 The Fact Music Awards was held on the afternoon of the 8th at Bangi-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul. Under the leadership of two MCs Jeon Hyun-moo and Seo-hyun, the Olympic Gymnastics Stadium (KSPO DOME) became explosive with performances by artists. Of course, BTS performed two songs, Yet To Come and For Youth, at this stage.
Thanks to the enthusiastic support of ARMYs, BTS has won in 7 categories in the TMA 2022. These are the awards: Daesang, Artist of The Year (Bonsang), Global Fannstar, Most Voted Artist, Popularity Award, Fannstar Choice Singer, Fannstar Choice Ind. (Jin).
BTS also continues to maintain their throne at the prestigious Grand Prize of The Fact Music Awards for 5 consecutive years since 2018. Congratulations to the boys and ARMY for their memorable achievements in their careers!
Besides, the members' speeches also touched ARMYs all over the world. Specifically, when accepting the Daesang award, RM tried to hold back his tears and shared his most sincere feelings to ARMY.
With tears in his eyes, he said: "It’s been such a long time that we’ve been at an award show like this. We’ve been able to meet a lot of the artists who performed before us and are here and honestly I don’t know if this year we were more amazing or performed better than them so we are very humbled. But we are artists who have been doing this for 10 years so with all the love we’ve received since then, with our thankfulness and honesty that we’ve shown to you, we dare to think it is the reason why we were able to receive this.
You’ve (ARMY) worked so hard. In our normal style, there are a lot of things we want to say openly and honestly as we always do with you, but unfortunately at this time we can’t. In the near future as things are finalized/completed we’ll be able to share with you truthfully and honestly like we always have. This is all I’ll say for now ^^ And what we always do well… we will show to you at the Busan concert. We are practicing every, every, every day to show you. Again, thank you so much!"
Perhaps, this award has a very important part of ARMY's efforts, so RM was really touched when he felt that he received so much love from ARMY. Not only that, BTS has been going through a tough time since FESTA in June, so it made him even more sensitive.
Just like Jungkook said, BTS can't say for sure if they'll be able to stand there and receive so many awards next year, but they will always be ARMY's best artists. Before BTS's touching speech, ARMY left many comments:
