On the 11th of this month, RM joined the army with V at Nonsan Training Center but both were αssigned to different companies. Since then, there has been very little news that fans have been able to update from within the camp about the two members.
But recently, fans felt extremely happy after an ARMY spread the news about how well RM is doing in the camp these days. He even got his first position at the Training Center, making fans look forward to him continuing the good achievements of Jin and j-hope.

As fans know, m̴i̴l̴i̴t̴a̴r̴y̴ restrictions make it difficult for information about BTS members to be updated every day. However, even m̴i̴l̴i̴t̴a̴r̴y̴ limits cannot prevent ARMYs from updating news of BTS members when given the opportunity.
These days, ARMYs who have family members or friends working at the m̴i̴l̴i̴t̴a̴r̴y̴ camp - where BTS members are stationed - have provided some information about their situation to other fans. It includes disturbing news last week when an ARMY shared that her friend worked at the Nonsan Training Center and revealed that RM had caught the flu due to the cold weather.
After receiving that news, fans were very worried about the group leader's health and hoped he would get better soon. But since then, there has been no further news about him, making fans even more hungry. Luckily, a few hours ago, another fan brought better news.
Specifically, one ARMY shared widely on Twitter the story she heard about RM in recent days. Accordingly, she said RM was elected... and he was chosen because of his excellent performance in the barracks. OP wrote: "I heard Namjoon is working as a squad leader at the training center. They choose volunteer sol∂ιєrs ( excellent trainees or nominated by teammates) to be squad leaders. The squad leader will be responsible for guiding other trainees. He is working very hard in the camp".
So RM becomes the next celebrity to join the celebrity team serving as 'Captain kσrєα'. It is known that only the best sol∂ιєrs can hold this position and they must have exemplary quality and high discipline during training. After only 1 week, RM has proven how suitable he is for this position. It's probably also the result of his 10 years leading the members of BTS.
Luckily, the latest news about RM's situation is good news. Fans can't help but feel proud of him and hope that RM will do well in the next weeks of training:
