Can you think of any idols who received letters from V and j-hope?

Sending letters to enlisted soldiers is one of the beautiful culture and communication of Koreans. The letter is said to be sent to the hands of the soldiers and is a great source of motivation for them to try to fulfill their military service well.

Jin's Division has also given permission to send letters to Jin and his teammates. Soon they will receive letters from relatives and friends supporting them during their enlistment. And maybe, BTS members will do this to Jin too.

But before Jin enlisted, j-hope and V once sent a letter of encouragement to a big senior in their industry while he was doing his military service. That's TVXQ's Yunho

In a popular MBC program, TVXQ's Yunho shared many of the items - considered his treasure and kept by him for a long time until now. It includes many old items such as MP3 players, folding phone and lots of letters from his colleagues. In it, he revealed that there were letters he received from V and j-hope while he was in the army.

He also openly shared the lines of letters that j-hope wrote. In the letter, j-hope called Yunho his "senior" Gwangju and expressed his respect for him.

j-hope even suggested that Yunho have a meal together after he was discharged and wished him the best days in his army. Specifically, j-hope wrote: "Hello, this is BTS’s j-hope. I heard you’re serving in the military. As your Gwangju ‘hoobae’, I’ve grown up looking up to you, and I still look up to you now."

On the other hand, V also sent Yunho a letter of encouragement and his offer was even more attractive. That's the possibility of a collaboration between BTS and TVXQ one day.

V wrote: "I hope BTS and TVXQ’s activities can overlap one day! BTS loves TVXQ."

And while reading the old letters, Yunho didn't forget to mention that BTS is on a whole different level now than when they wrote these letters: "But now, you guys are top world stars". Yunho enlisted in 2015 and was discharged from the army in 2017. When he was discharged, BTS was starting the most brilliant years of his career and until now, they have been the top Kpop groups in the world.

Although BTS is still modest to this day, the truth is that their success has reached new heights since then!
