If fans remember, earlier this month, Jungkook started taking photos with ARMYs he happened to encounter while jogging along the Han River. Soon after, numerous fans shared their photos with the idol on social media. However, it gradually emerged that about half of the people appearing in those photos were individuals who frequently lingered around Jungkook’s residential area rather than genuinely “running into” him by chance, as they had claimed.
One of the names mentioned most often is Elena Beyazkaya, born in 2006. She has been accused of being a long-time stalker and allegedly even had a plan to move to South кσяєα and live near Jungkook’s neighborhood solely to follow him. In 2024, she posted a photo of herself posing in front of Jungkook’s home on social media. When questioned about tracking the idol, Elena claimed that they simply “lived in the same neighborhood.”

More recently, after many fans publicly identified her as a stalker following the release of her photo with Jungkook, she continued to deny all allegations. She also offered various explanations and portrayed herself as a “victim,” claiming that ARMYs had misunderstood her and that she felt extremely upset and hurt because other fans had exposed her personal information online.

However, the truth can’t stay hidden forever! More and more evidence has come to light, especially after a private message in which she seemingly admitted to monitoring Jungkook at his residence was recently leaked.
In the conversation, Elena told another person that she had been waiting outside Jungkook’s house but “got nothing out of it.” Not only that, but she was also seen participating in inappropriate conversations regarding other BTS members. The leaked messages effectively dismantled Elena’s claims that she had merely “run into Jungkook by chance” and her repeated denials of being a stalker—arguments that some individuals had previously used to defend her.

As soon as these messages surfaced, they sparked a fierce backlash. One furious ARMY wrote: “I fυ¢кing told you guys. I fυ¢кing told you. Elena Beyazkaya you are absolute scum & I wish nothing but genuinely the worst things upon you. An anti & fυ¢кing admits to waiting around outside his house?? and yall fυ¢кing defended it!??? All of you gotta go wtfff”.
The incident also reminded many fans of a post that went viral earlier this month. At the time, one fan proposed a theory about why Jungkook willingly agreed to take photos with ARMYs while jogging. The fan wrote: “JK is smart. He noticed people were camping around his house, so when he said ‘If you see me, we can take a selfie,’ he already knew what was happening. Those people thought they were just lucky ARMYs, but they ended up exposing themselves.”
The wave of outrage within the ARMY community continues to grow, with many fans deciding to report Elena’s case to HYBE, commenting:
- I get but the way we are talking like if she is a minor, she has licence to stalk Minor doesn't excuse weird behaviour
- Some stupid person were fιgнтing for her, even if she is minor, at that age I wasn't stalking guys. Being a minor DOES NOT EXCUSE CRIME
- insane behavior man like i love jungkook too but you’d never catch me flying out and waiting around his house LIKE WHAT AUDACITY DO I HAVE??? WHAT RIGHT DO I HAVE TO JUST DO THAT?
- OMG, JK said he would expose his stalkers and he made them expose themselves by posting pictures with him. I feel so bad for believing her. All those people he took pictures with might actually be stalkers. I feel so bad for him. When will he be free from these psychos?
- Jungkook did that to lure out stalkers and they took his bait. Now, their faces are online for free. People now knew them and do yall who knew them too? The ρσℓι¢є and his personal guards
- the concept of moving to korea to "study" and then stalking an harαѕѕing jk instead and ON TOP OF THAT whining about him not doing anything? girl?? what was he gonna do invite you in??? how delusional can you be
- no stalker will get sympathy from me, the double standards in this fandom is INSANE, yall didn’t care this much when jungkook, his family and friends were getting doxxed and having their privacy invaded? when she exposed his location for the world to see?
- using the word lynch when she admitted that she indeed was at his house is ..........crazy! everyone he took a picture with was near his house. This was admitted before, so anyone with a brain would know that she stalked him with or without evidence.
- Stalker defenders are stalkers too and no amount of excuses is enough to change that fact . If that person can Stalk jk, then she is also capable of handling its consequences simple. Minor this minor that is just bullsh!t.
