Kim Seok Jin's Mom Concerns That Her Son Would Be Hurt And ARMYs Comfort Her By This Way

The story of Jin's enlistment is becoming more and more interesting to ARMYs because it's not just something that makes people feel that Jin is still with them and not far away from them for a year and six months. Even since Jin enlisted, it shows the maturity of ARMYs in idol fan culture.

Specifically, recently an article by a Korean ARMY caught attention when talking about sending a letter to Jin. But besides that, she also sent an extra letter to the person with the same last name and first name as Jin in his unit as an added encouragement.

This moved the boy's mother and thanked the ARMYs for their meaningful work:

Back on December 13, ARMYs around the world were deeply moved after seeing Jin become the first member of the group to enlist. Unsurprisingly, it was a global event that caught the attention of netizens.

But one of the most popular news stories of that time was the CNN news. The TV channel was live at Jin's barracks and gained attention thanks to their interview with Kim Seok Jin - but it was Kim Seok Jin from Daejeon.

During the interview, CNN actually spoke with 20-year-old Kim Seok Jin, one of the conscripts who will be joining the same department as the idol. Of course, the funny part is that not only did he join the 5th Infantry Division on the same day as BTS' Jin, but he also has the same full name as Worldwide Handsome.

During the interview, the young rookie explained how nervous he was about the whole experience but added, "But I'm also excited to be joining Jin," and then added that he hopes they can become friends.

Of course, when the interview was shared, it immediately caught the attention of Korean netizens, who couldn't help but laugh.

Not only did CNN send a reporter to cover Jin's enlistment, but they also have no idea how they hit the jackpot when they found someone enlisting in the same department with the same name:

- "Cute! I hope Daejeon's Seok Jin also enlists well."

- "Wow, how did they find him?"

- "I guess they couldn't leave empty-handed so they interviewed another Kim Seok Jin."

- "I hope Daejeon's Kim Seok Jin also enlists well."

- “How did they find Kim Seok Jin? SMILE."

Today once again, the military enlistment story between two Kim Seok Jin made ARMYs excited. It happened when an ARMY posted 2 letters with the sharing that: "There is trainee with same name in same unit as Seokjin. I thought I should write name well, but I also wrote letter to KimSeokjin from Daejeon also. I thought Jin would like it if his friend received letter too.

I was worried about Young trainee KimSeokjin would be jealous if his name was called and all of them belonged to Jin... Even if it go wrong way, they can switch letters. I'm upset because handwriting is ugly. I don't know exact number of trainee, so I don't know if I can send it like this.. I want to empower them in way that we can. Cheer up."

The second ARMY sent this warm tweet to 20-year-old Kim Seok Jin's mother from Daejeon to let her know that ARMYs also care about her son. This ARMY told his mother: "Fan is writing letters to young Kim Seok Jin too on Twitter. lol"

The mother of rookie Kim Seok Jin from Daejeon was surprised to receive this information. She also confessed that she was afraid her son would be compared when he enlisted with a famous star. But the fact that ARMYs have sent letters to both Jin and her son makes her feel so grateful for the kindness of her fans: "Oh really? I was frustrated because I couldn't reach son. Thank you. ARMYs.. I was worried about being compared."

She was even very open-minded when ARMY asked her if they could post messages with her so other ARMYs could see. The mother was very happy to see their good deeds.

After the first ARMY saw the mother's thanks, she said that others would be cheering for her son later: "Oh??? How can this be? Oh, it was not difficult thing..When I send it to Jini in the future, I will send it to young trainee jin, too. So I hope you don't worry about son. ARMY will cheer for Daejeon Trainee KimSeokjin, too". And everyone else agrees with that too:

- It's heartwarming story. In Korea, it is common to send letters of encouragement to unknown soldiers. I also wrote lot of letters to soldiers when I was young. They sometimes reply. They can't use Internet, they can't use phone. That's why the letter is big help.

- To be the one to console Jin and actually warn up his heart ? It sounds so special I wish I could be that person

- This is so warm i will do it same

- ARMYs really have a kind heart

- 2 Jin must be healthy and happy in this enlistment

- I hope that they will be best friend and have happy memory too

- I will send 2 letters for 2 Jin two, Kim Seok Jin hwaiting!!!
