BTS members are all known for owning high-end and high-value apartments and real estate. Through some pictures shared by the members as well as revealed by the ̾k̾o̾r̾e̾an media, ARMYs can somewhat imagine the whereabouts of the members.

Recently, a video was circulated on social networks recording the scene of Jungkook's mansion while it was being repaired. Jungkook's house was discovered to be opposite the mansion of the big Samsung family and thereby shows how majestic its image is compared to imagination.

Below is the video revealed by ̾k̾o̾r̾e̾an media. It is in the video recording the entire scene of the Samsung family and the tycoons in Itaewon:

As all ARMYs know, BTS members have been moving out to their own place since the end of 2020. After renting a luxury apartment in Nine One Hannam as a dormitory in 2019, the apartment lease agreement of the group ended around the end of 2020.

This is also the time when BTS members start their own lives after more than 10 years living together. The new residence of the BTS members also began to attract media attention. It is said that the properties that the BTS members bought years ago were used as their new apartments.

In it, Jin bought an apartment in Hannam The Hill, RM and Jimin bought apartments near each other at Nine One Hannam, and j-hope chose to live in one of the two apartments at Trimage Seoul Forest that he bought in a long time ago, SUGA lived in an apartment in UN Village, V bought a house in the high-end complex Apelbaum and Jungkook also bought a large villa in Itaewon.

Since then, ARMYs have only been able to see the members' apartments through some photos shared by themselves. Naturally, a lot of people hope to be able to see the amazing abode in their luxury apartments.

In particular, ̾k̾o̾r̾e̾an media recently shared a video that contains pictures of the outside of the luxury villa that Jungkook bought. These images were taken while it was in the process of being partially repaired. It is in the video recording the life of the big Samsung family in Itaewon.

This is the house Jungkook bought around November 2020. Jungkook bought this detached villa for about 7.63 billion won at that time.

This villa consists of a 2-storey house, built in 1976 and measuring 230.72 square meters. Meanwhile, the campus area is up to 637 square meters. Before owning this villa, Jungkook sold an apartment for 1.95 billion won in Trimage, Seongsudong.

In the recorded video, the price point of this house is its prime location. It is known that Jungkook's billion-won house is located in Itaewon and it is even opposite the mansion of the Samsung big family.

Originally, this villa was very difficult to buy because most of the surrounding apartments were bought by the Samsung family to have a private space. The recorded video is also at the time when a part of Jungkook's villa is being repaired before being put into full use.

Because the area is up to nearly 1000m2, the space inside is really large. The fence is also built high and thick to ensure absolute safety and privacy. Although the villa is located in the middle of Itaewon, it is also decorated with typical ̾k̾o̾r̾e̾an bonsai. In addition, on the fence there is a bunch of ivy that will produce beautiful leaves in the fall.

This Itaewon neighborhood is also home to cult stars like the family of Bi Rain - Kim Tae Hee, or the family of comedian Park Myung Soo and actress Hwang Jung Eum. In particular, because many embαssies are located in Itaewon, this area is also home to diplomats.

Along with that, Jungkook's villa is considered to have a constantly increasing real estate value!

In some previous live broadcasts and through the description of BTS members, despite owning a large and luxurious villa, Jungkook seems to have a very simple and slightly different style. Jin once described Jungkook's house as having more than 5 large mattresses around the house while RM said that he has 20 diffusers.

The room that Jungkook usually uses for live broadcasts shows a simple decoration with basic items such as refrigerators, televisions, sofas, etc.

Overall, Jungkook's mansion is truly an admirable place to live!
