The popularity of BTS members will sometimes become a major nuisance for the privacy of their families. Because there are many people who can take advantage of the people around BTS to do bad things.

Jungkook's brother was once rumored to be false even though he never showed his face on SNS or shared anything related to his private life. The incident was so serious that Jungkook's brother once had to post a long post to explain and then after a while he locked his Instagram account.

As many ARMYs know, Jungkook's brother is Jeon Junghyun. According to some information, Jungkook's brother was born in 1994 and is currently doing business. Previously, Jungkook's brother was known by fans for his beautiful fanart pictures of Jungkook and BTS. Many people praise his brother Jungkook for his great artistic ability.

But perhaps there are many ARMYs who don't know that Jungkook's brother once had to block Instagram because of false rumors related to him, Jungkook and IU. Specifically, in the past, there was a Twitter account that once posted information that he was a friend of Jungkook's brother in the army and had once called IU thanks to Junghyun.

This person posted: “Thanks to [Jungkook’s brother] I was able to talk on the phone with Jeon Jungkook and IU haha”

Then, things became more serious when rumors spread about the relationship between Jungkook, his brother, and IU. The speculation surrounding Jungkook and IU's dating rumors to the fact that his brother was annoying IU is making the story more and more negative.

Not only stopping there, the person claiming to be Junghyun's friend also confirmed once again that his story is true. He said that: “???????? When I was serving in the army, Jungkook’s older brother was my superior. It happened to be my birthday and he asked what I wanted as my present. As a joke, I told him that I want to have a phone conversation with IU, so he connected me to her.”

However, when Jungkook's brother realized this false rumor, he had to post a long post on Instagram to clarify that it was all untrue. He emphasized that he has never helped the person to be on the phone with IU.

Not only that, but Jungkook's brother also shared that this false rumor made his heart heavy. It seems that Jungkook's brother is concerned that it will affect his brother's reputation.

He shared: “I’m writing a few words late at night because I don’t think it’s right for me to pretend I haven’t seen some of the things I’ve seen.

I’ve heard stories that my past junior from the army claimed that he was able to talk on the phone with IU thanks to me, but to end the rumors – I’ve never done that.

I’m the type of person who doesn’t talk much in a personal setting.

I saw screenshots of people writing weird stories, and I wasn’t entirely sure. But there was no way that I wouldn’t know who this was if they were one of my close friends in the army. I still keep in contact with them often.

After talking with my close friends from the army, I found out that the person was from a different platoon. We weren’t even that close.

After Junghyun's post, many of you felt apologetic because Jungkook's brother read these bad things. Many people are also extremely angry when the messenger has done wrong with Jungkook, IU and Jungkook's family:

After the incident and a number of other negative influences, Jungkook's brother was less visible on Instagram. This made ARMYs quite sad but nonetheless everyone believed it was a good thing to protect the privacy of Jungkook's loved ones.
